Bella Thorne Supported by Stars After Whoopi Goldberg Criticism

Carrie Underwood is being sued… Jordyn Woods hangs out with Kim’s ex… Wendy Williams’ sobriety… Scooter Braun got a BIG birthday gift… and Bella Thorne supported by stars after Whoopi Goldberg criticism

Carrie Underwood is being sued for ripping off her theme song for “Sunday Night Football.” Back in 2016, country music singer Heidi Merrill and her songwriting team did a song for the Nebraska Cornhuskers called “Game On.” It ended up being featured during a broadcast of “Inside College Basketball” on CBS, and a few days later, they posted a video for it on YouTube. They had some success with it, but thought the song would go through the roof if Carrie Underwood got ahold of it. So in August 2017, Heidi and her team gave the song to Carrie’s producer so he could do the whole pitch, but he said, Nah…we’re going to pass. Then about a year later, Sunday Night Football is back and their jaws all dropped when they heard Carrie singing the new theme song, “Game On.” While it’s not a direct ripoff, Heidi and her co-writers say there were just way too many similarities. And after reaching out to Carrie’s camp to resolve this, they weren’t getting anywhere, so now they’re suing.

Jordyn Woods is preparing for the season finale of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and how the whole Tristan Thompson cheating scandal is edited together to make her look as horrible as possible. In the meantime, she’s got a job to do, and that’s to promote Ray-J’s new earbuds. After Jordyn was kicked out of the family, she was introduced to Ray-J, who I’m sure had PLENTY to say about his experience dealing with the Kardashians. After that, Ray-J’s manager reportedly offered Jordyn $30K to promote the Raycon E50 Earbuds. She’s just one of several famous faces in the promotional video. Cardi B, Offset and Snoop Dogg also appear in the spot, and probably got a lot more than $30K!

Wendy Williams’ people are worried about her. A source told Us Weekly, “Wendy is not in a good place. Friends close to her are worried she’s spiraling out of control.” Wendy was off the air for two months at the start of the year to deal with her addiction issues and move into a sober living house. She finally came clean to her audience when she returned to her talk show in March, but she refused to address rumors about her marriage. That all changed when Kevin Hunter’s mistress had his baby girl. Wendy fired Kevin Hunter as an executive producer AND as a husband. But now she’s partying like a newly divorced woman and her friends are worried she may end up relapsing.

Scooter Braun celebrated his 38th birthday at the super trendy for the moment San Vicente Bungalows in West Hollywood Tuesday night. Usher was there. So were Ashton Kutcher and Katy Perry. And OF COURSE his golden boy Justin Bieber showed up with a very special birthday surprise. It was a huge portrait of a shirtless Justin with his jeans sagging way below his underwear and his hand down the front of his underwear holding his junk. On the portrait it says, “Happy Birthday Scooter … You’re welcome I’m awesome.” The Blast says someone at the party was asking if this gift had some special meaning, and they said it was “very personal” between Justin and Scooter.

Bella Thorne posted her own nude pics after hackers threaten to release them. On “The View” Whoopi Goldberg said Bella should’ve known better because this is 2019 and anything you have in your cloud can be hacked. Then a sobbing Bella called out Whoopi for slut-shaming her and said she was canceling an upcoming appearance on “The View.” Yesterday, Bella posted screenshots of several of her famous friends who had sent her messages of support. Among them were Lucy Hale, Logan Paul, Lily Rose Depp, and Zendaya. Remember, Bella and Zendaya co-starred in Disney’s “Shake It Off” when they were just starting out. Bella showed Zendaya’s text that said, “Just a reminder that you are strong and courageous and beautiful…you’re a light and I’m super proud.” Bella captioned it, “…@zendaya called me today to make sure I was ok, we talked a lot about this generation, the one before us as well, and how as women we shouldn’t feel bad about ourselves our bodies. Slut shaming is one of the biggest topics of this generation but yet we still keep going some how. It’s really really sad. 🚫 the view 🚫”
