Former Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore has followed through with his threat and filed a $95 million lawsuit against Sacha Baron Cohen and Showtime. Moore was duped into appearing on the show “Who Is America?” He claims he was told that he needed to be in Washington, DC, to accept an award for his support for Israel. It was there he was interviewed by Sacha — who was disguised as Col. Erran Morad — who then waved a “pedophile detector” over Moore and when it beeped, Moore ended the interview. Here’s the thing — Roy Moore did sign a release BEFORE the taping took place, and he’s arguing that the release was obtained on fraudulent grounds. Now he’s suing Showtime, CBS, and Sacha for fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and defamation.

After a photographer caught Kourtney Kardashian sitting in a parking lot with her ex boyfriend Younes Bendjima, TMZ ran the picture with an article claiming that Kourtney’s sisters believed Younes tipped off paparazzi about the meeting. Kourtney retweeted the TMZ article and captioned in, “FAKE NEWS.”

Kim Kardashian is passionate about getting prisoners she believes were unfairly sentenced to extra-long prison terms released. After convincing President Trump to release Alice Johnson, Kim has now taken on the case of Chris Young, who’s serving a life sentence in Tennessee for drug possession. And the judge who sentenced Chris is behind Kim’s mission one hundred percent! The now former judge, Kevin Sharp, is actually helping Kim with her cause. They met with Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner at the White House yesterday and they’ll eventually have a meeting with President Trump. Sharp resigned from the bench after Tennessee laws forced him to give Young that life sentence.

After two weeks in rehab, Ben Affleck was allowed to check out for a hot minute. So he goes home and who’s the first person he calls? Playboy model Shauna Sexton, who was hanging with him right before Ben’s ex-wife Jennifer Garner had to stage an intervention. Twenty-two-year-old Shauna has been milking her relationship with Ben, carrying around tabloid magazines with him on the cover while defending herself against those who say she’s responsible for Ben’s out-of-control drinking. But Ben’s apparently addicted to whatever she’s offering because her car was spotted outside his house in Malibu yesterday before he was driven back to rehab. Meantime, Jennifer is in NYC promoting her new movie “Peppermint.” Sources told Entertainment Tonight that she knows Ben met up with Shauna and she’s “painfully frustrated” with the situation. A source says that Ben has stayed in touch with Shauna the entire time he’s been in rehab and that the people at the facility have huge concerns about it because Shauna isn’t sober. The source says, “She’s a huge, red flag to everyone that is trying to support Ben with his process. Shauna is giving him false confidence and that is their biggest concern.”
