Erin Andrews won’t be coming back for another round of “Dancing With the Stars.” Yay!! But neither will Tom Bergeron. Boo. Tom was the OG!! My number one since day one! For 28 seasons, he only missed one week of shows because he wanted to be by his sick father’s bedside! So why is he leaving after all this time? It was NOT his decision. And way more graciously than I would have handled it, Tom tweeted, “Just informed @DancingABC will be continuing without me. It’s been an incredible 15 year run and the most unexpected gift of my career. I’m grateful for that and for the lifelong friendships made. That said, now what am I supposed to do with all of these glitter masks?” ABC released a statement saying that while Tom “will forever be part of the ‘Dancing with the Stars’ family,” they are now embarking “on a new creative direction.”

You look up the definition of “method actor” and Shia LaBeouf will probably pop up. For instance, several years ago, he was in a WWII movie called “Fury.” Among the things he did to get into character for that was cut his face with a knife, which he repeatedly opened during filming, and he had one of his teeth pulled. He said he went to every dentist in LA and they all refused to do it because it didn’t make sense, so he got it done “by some guy in Reseda next to a Radio Shack” who didn’t ask too many questions. So now he’s in a new movie called “The Tax Collector.” Shia plays a tax collector for a crime lord who goes around town collecting profits from gangs. In the trailer. Shia has tons of tattoos all over his body. Yeah. Those are real. His character’s name is Creeper, which he had tattooed across his stomach over two Mickey Mouse gloves that represent his time as a Disney star. On his chest is a tattoo of a woman cradling a baby clown, which is supposed to represent his character’s mother and father, who was a rodeo clown.

According to “The Daily Mail,” Katy Perry is just weeks away from giving birth and she has chosen Jennifer Aniston to be the baby’s godmother. Katy and Jennifer reportedly have been friends for nearly a decade, but the pandemic has brought them closer. A source said they go on long socially-distanced walks, which lead to deep conversations.

Things are finally getting started for Clare Crawley’s season of “The Bachelorette!” Because of the pandemic, the entire season will be shot at one location — the La Quinta Resort in Palm Springs. This isn’t like the La Quinta next to Denny’s. This is the La Quinta Resort & Spa, which recently underwent a huge makeover and is now run by the Waldorf Astoria. That’s fancy. The resort sits on 1400 acres and features 41 pools, 23 tennis courts, five golf courses and seven restaurants. They even allow dogs, so Clare may bring her golden retriever and maltese. She’s obsessed. Reality Steve said the men have started to arrive at the resort. He said producers even brought in some back-up bachelors in case anybody tests positive for coronavirus! Steve also says 13 of Clare’s original choices have been let go, including Matt James, who was upgraded to The Bachelor.

An official autopsy will be conducted to determine her identity, but authorities recovered Naya Rivera’s body yesterday, five days after she went missing during a boating trip with her four-year-old son, Josey. At yesterday’s news conference, Ventura County Sheriff Bill Ayub explained, “We know from speaking with her son, that he and Naya swam in the lake together at some point during their journey. It was during that time that her son described being helped into the boat by Naya, who boosted him onto the deck from behind. He told investigators that he looked back and saw her disappear under the surface of the water.” The sheriff said they believe the boat was left unanchored and that it began to drift away from where Naya and Josey were swimming. They believe Naya was able to muster enough energy to swim to the boat and get her son back onboard, but she didn’t have the strength to save herself. Naya was 33.
