There was drama on “The Voice” last night, which was their first live show of Season 19. Carson Daly was supposed to call up the four singers from last week’s knockout round and then announce who the fans chose to be the 17th finalist. Would the singer come from Team Blake, Team Gwen, Team Legend or Team Kelly? But….where was the guy from Team Kelly? Carson announced, “Side note, Team Kelly’s Ryan Gallagher had to exit the competition.” That’s it??? We need details, Carson! Ryan went on his social media to let everyone know he did NOT drop out of the competition, promising “Details are still to come. I’ll keep you posted.” But a source told Yahoo Entertainment that Ryan broke the show’s strict COVID protocols, so “out of an abundance of caution,” they told Ryan he couldn’t continue. Would he have won the knockout round? We may never know. But SPOILER ALERT! Team Blake’s girl Taryn took that 17th spot.

“Saturday Night Live” has announced their lineup to get us through the rest of can’t-wait-to-put-2020-behind-us. This Saturday, Jason Bateman hosts with musical guest Morgan Wallen. He’s the young country singer SNL canceled a few weeks ago for partying during COVID. Morgan was super sorry for his behavior, but said Lorne Michaels told him they’d work something out in the future. It turns out Lorne meant it! On Dec. 12, Timothée Chalamet will host with musical guest Bruce Springsteen. And then the final show of the year airs Dec. 19, with host Kristen Wiig and musical guest Dua Lipa.

has some rabid fans who were LIVID when Peacock’s “Saved by the Bell” reboot dared to use her kidney transplant as a punch line. Not only did some of the characters debate who actually donated Selena’s life-saving kidney, “Does Selena Gomez even have a kidney?” was spray-painted on the wall. Apparently, dark humor isn’t for everyone. Kelly Clarkson has been awarded primary physical custody of her children with Brandon Blackstock. He’ll have scheduled visitation with 6-year-old River Rose and 4-year-old Remington Alexander, but those visits will take place at Kelly’s home in LA. Of course, Brandon will have some expenses when it comes to visiting his kids at Kelly’s house, so he’s asking the court to award him $135K a month in child support. He’d also like $301K a month in spousal support, please. Did Brandon seriously sit down with a calculator and figure out that he needs $436K to continue the lifestyle to which he has grown accustomed??? That’s more than $5M a year! And not only that, Brandon wants Kelly to pay for his $2M in attorney fees!!!
