Back in April all the charges against Alec Baldwin were dropped over the fatal shooting of his cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of “Rust.” Once that was settled, Alec and crew moved production from New Mexico to Montana to finish filming. But if Alec thought this was all behind him, he was very mistaken. Prosecutors are seeking to refile charges against him over Halyna’s shooting death. The case will be brought before a grand jury, and if this goes to trial, Alec could be facing 18 months in prison. His lawyers responded, saying, “It is unfortunate that a terrible tragedy has been turned into this misguided prosecution. We will answer any charges in court.”

Deion Sanders loves to give advice. So he wrote it all down and his new book “Elevate and Dominate: 21 Ways to Win On and Off the Field” will come out March 12, 2024. Deion is a college football Hall of Famer, a former NFL player and now he’s shaking things up as the coach of the Colorado Buffaloes. In a statement about his book, Deion said, “Success isn’t just about what you achieve between the lines on game day or stacking up money that you may never get to fully enjoy. Jungkook from BTS is about to hit us with his first-ever solo album, “GOLDEN,” which is all in English. The track list has already been released, and we’ve learned that Jungkook has a few collaborations on there, including artists like Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes and Major Lazer. You just have to wait till Nov. 3 to hear it. Of course, BTS is on a break because in South Korea, all able-bodied men are required to serve in the South Korean military for 18-21 months. Jin, J-Hope and Suga are now on active duty. RM must enlist by the end of 2025, while Jimin and V’s deadlines are the end of 2026. Jungkook will be the last to go. He has to report for duty by the end of 2028.

After 5 years of marriage, Maren Morris has filed for divorce from her husband Ryan Hurd. We’re just now finding out about it, but the papers were filed on Oct. 2 in Tennessee, citing irreconcilable differences. The now former couple share a 3-year-old son Hayes Andrew. As part of the divorce filing, Maren and Ryan have to complete a 4-hour parenting seminar. Maren has already knocked hers out this past weekend. Not only in Maren divorcing Ryan, she announced recently that she’s divorcing country music. She told the “LA Times,” “After the Trump years, people’s biases were on full display. It just revealed who people really were an that they were proud to be misogynistic and racist and homophobic and transphobic.”

“People” magazine got an advanced copy of Britney Spears memoir that comes out Oct. 24. In one excerpt from “The Woman in Me,” Britney revealed that after she and Justin Timberlake had been dating about a year, she became pregnant. She wrote, “It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated. But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young. If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father. To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.” Also in the book, Britney reveals that Justin cheated on her with “another celebrity.” She wouldn’t reveal who that was because this woman now has a family and Britney doesn’t want to embarrass them.
