Tiger King Joe Exotic is serving a 22-year sentence for hiring two men to kill his archenemy, Carole Baskin. That presidential pardon he was hoping for never happened tried his hardest to get a Presidential pardon, but it never happened…However, Joe could be getting out slightly sooner than expected. Yesterday, a three-judge panel in Denver’s Court of Appeals upheld his conviction, but they ruled his sentence was issued using the wrong sentencing guidelines. Instead of receiving a sentence of 22-27 years, the proper range should’ve been 17.5-just under 22 years. Joe will now be re-sentenced for a shorter time behind bars. However, Joe is also serving time on a completely separate conviction for killing five tigers, selling tiger cubs, and falsifying documents.

Jerry O’Connell has officially joined “The Talk” as a cohost, replacing Sharon Osbourne, who got the boot in March after defending her good friend Piers Morgan’s comments about Meghan Markle. The Wrap said Jerry’s been negotiating with CBS about this gig since May. Jerry was introduced as a permanent co-host at the top of yesterday’s show, which also happened to be his 14-year wedding anniversary with Rebecca Romijn. Jerry is the show’s first full-time male co-host, joining current hosts Sheryl Underwood, Amanda Kloots, Elaine Welteroth and Carrie Ann Inaba, although she’s still on leave of absence to deal with some health issues.

Tyra Banks has started her own ice cream company — Smize Cream. Yes, she named it after her signature modeling expression she calls “smizing” — which is smiling with your eyes. The flagship store is now open in Santa Monica Place, an open air shopping center. The shop currently offers a collection of 7 ice cream flavors for now, including The Best Vanilla I Ever Had, Cookie Caramel Queen, and Chocolate Barbecue, which is described as a smoky dark chocolate.

Chrissy Teigen has been pretty quiet since her cyberbullying past caught up to her and she was canceled. But yesterday she had to get some things off her chest. (In case you missed it, some of Chrissy’s old tweets resurfaced from years ago where she was not just mean on social media, she encouraged Courtney Stodden to kill herself!) Social media turned on Chrissy and she lost several endorsements. Chrissy hopped back on Instagram yesterday to let us know how she’s feeling these days. In a lengthy post, she said that it “just feels so weird to pretend nothing happened in this online world but I feel like utter s*** in real life. Going outside sucks and doesn’t feel right, being at home alone with my mind makes my depressed head race. But I do know that however I’m handling this now isn’t the right answer. I feel lost and need to find my place again, I need to snap out of this, I desperately wanna communicate with you guys instead of pretending everything is okay. I’m not used to any other way!! Cancel club is a fascinating thing and I have learned a whollllle lot. Only a few understand it and it’s impossible to know til you’re in it. And it’s hard to talk about it in that sense because obviously you sound whiney when you’ve clearly done something wrong. It just sucks. There is no winning. But there never is here anyhow. All I know is I love you guys, I miss you guys, and I just needed an honest moment with you because I’m just…tired of being sick with myself all day. Things are finally going right for Britney Spears! During a hearing yesterday, the judge allowed Britney to hire former federal prosecutor Mathew Rosengart as her new attorney, and he will aggressively try to get her out of her conservatorship. Britney also broke down in tears as she told the judge that she wants to press charges against her father and have him investigated for conservatorship abuse. After the hearing, Britney posted a video of herself riding a horse and doing cartwheels, captioning it, “Coming along, folks … coming along!!!!! New with real representation today … I feel GRATITUDE and BLESSED !!!! Thank you to my fans who are supporting me … You have no idea what it means to me be supported by such awesome fans !!!!
