Adele’s migraine… Charlize Theron shut down rumors… Beyoncé requests for Virgo season… Madonna wants Britney Spears… and Britney Spears & Sam Asghari divorce update

Adele says she has terrible stage fright, but you’d never know it with the way she talks to the crowd during her shows. At her most performance of her “Weekends with Adele” residency, she told the audience that she had just decided that week to give up coffee, and she had been struggling with a migraine because of it. She said, “It was like there was a drill inside my head!” But that finally passed and now Adele says she is thriving. In fact, she said her first coffee and migraine-free show was THE best show she’s ever had. You can still catch Adele in Vegas, weekends through Nov. 4.

I love Charlize Theron, but what the heck is she talking about? She told Allure magazine that people assume she looks so good because she had a facelift. She said, “They’re like, ‘What did she do to her face?’ I’m like, ‘B****, I’m just aging! It doesn’t mean I got bad plastic surgery. This is just what happens.’” So when you age, your face lifts UP? Charlize also said she will NEVER gain weight for a role again because now, she can’t take it off. She said, “When I was 27, I did Monster, I lost 30 pounds, like, overnight. I missed three meals, and I was back to my normal weight.” She ended up winning the Best Actress Oscar for that movie. Maybe Charlize thought gaining that weight was part of the reason why she got so much critical acclaim, so for the 2018 movie “Tully,” she decided to gain 50 pounds. Only this time around, she wasn’t working with a 27-year-old metabolism. Charlize was 43. After the movie wrapped, Charlize said, “I remember a year into trying to lose the weight, I called my doctor and I said, ‘I think I’m dying because I cannot lose this weight.’ And he was like, ‘You’re over 40. Calm down. Your metabolism is not what it was.’”

Beyonce turns 42 on Sept. 4, making her a Virgo. And in honor of Virgo Season, she posted this request on her Instagram Story: “This tour has been such a joy and as we approach the last month, my birthday wish is to celebrate with you wearing your most fabulous silver fashions to the shows 8.23 – 9.22! We’ll surround ourselves in a shimmering human disco ball each night. Everybody mirroring each other’s joy. Virgo season together in the house of chrome. Madonna is deep in rehearsals ahead of the kickoff of her Celebration Tour, Oct. 14 at the O2 Arena in London. A source told Page Six, “Some of the dance routines have been toned down for her so that it’s not so strenuous.” Now, Madonna will focus more on being front and center while her dancers show off all their fancy moves. The source said Madonna “will still be putting on a great show, but her team’s main concern is ensuring that she’s healthy and can get through the tour from start to finish.” The source also says Madonna wants Britney Spears to join her onstage when her tour hits LA in March. Bets on if Britney will do it and if they’ll recreate their VMA kiss from 2003!

Speaking of Britney….. who’s taking care of her right now? Sources say the two people responsible for making sure she’s fed, getting her to appointments and fielding job offers coming her way are her manager Cade Hudson and her attorney Mathew Rosengart, who got her out of her conservatorship. Remember how Britney thought her dad should rot in prison over that? Well, sources say she’s actually warming up to the idea of reconnecting with Jamie, whose health has been failing over the past couple years. In the meantime, Britney’s soon-to-be ex-husband Sam Asghari has found a new place to live. He’s reportedly renting a place in the Ten Thousand, a luxury high-rise in LA with units ranging from $10K-$65K/month! Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, a screening room, a game room, tennis courts, outdoor chef’s kitchen, and wellness studio where you can get your botox fix. Apparently, it’s a dog-friendly building because Sam got custody of their Doberman, Porsha. Sam gave Porsha to Britney a couple years ago with the intention of training her to protect Britney. But Britney gets to keep Sawyer, the Australian Shepherd the couple adopted during a trip to Maui this past March.
