“Jeopardy!” hits $1 million… Jussie Smollett update… Scott Disick’s new show… Halsey went rock climbing… Britney Spears
That guy on “Jeopardy!” has passed the million dollar mark! It took James Holzhauer 14 wins to hit $1,061,664. This last win of earned James over $118K when he answered correctly, “On May 1, 1869, these two men met at the White House, 4 years and 3 weeks after a mere historic meeting between them.” The question was, “Who are Grant and Lee?” James happens to be a professional sports bettor and he is now in the “Jeopardy!” hall of fame, holding the top six places for single-game winnings and second place for highest all-time winnings in regular season play. He’s currently in fourth place for most consecutive games won.

The brothers who claim Jussie Smollett hired them to pretend to beat him up in a fake hate crime are now suing Jussie’s lawyers for defamation. Abel and Ola Osundario don’t deny being involved, but say they were just doing what they were paid to do. They claim the lawyers said they wore white face and, said one of the brothers had a sexual relationship with Jussie, sold drugs, steroids, and more, which was all untrue. Not only do they say they’ve lost business because of these claims, they say their family back home in Nigeria is in danger because being gay is illegal there. They’re seeking unspecified damages.

A couple years ago, we heard that Kris Jenner was going to produce a show for Scott Disick called “Flip It Like Disick.” After that? Crickets. Sources told RadarOnline that Kris pumped the brakes on the project because Scott was still partying all the time. A source said, “Kris didn’t trust Scott with his own kids at the time, let alone his own show.” But Scott finally snapped out of it — maybe it was the love of an 18-year-old woman that did the trick? Either way, “Flip It Like Disick” will run on E! for 8 episodes this summer. We get to watch Scott take on home projects for celebrity friends and family. He’ll be working with Willa Ford, who went from being a one-hit pop star to a successful interior designer.

Halsey posted a picture of her bare back covered in red marks and scratches and her finger is wrapped in a big bandage. She captioned it, “don’t go rock climbing naked. or do. do you.” WHAT???? WHY???? Alcohol?

Britney Spears posted a quick video yesterday telling her fans she’s doing okay. She said, “Hi guys! Just checking in with all who are concerned about me. All is well. My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately, so I just needed time to deal. So don’t worry, I’ll be back very soon.” This video did not make me feel better. She looks exhausted. Her eyes are sad. She also added a really long caption:
“I wanted to say hi, because things that are being said have just gotten out of control!!! Wow!!! There’s rumors, death threats to my family and my team, and just so many things crazy things being said. I am trying to take a moment for myself, but everything that’s happening is just making it harder for me. Don’t believe everything you read and hear. These fake emails everywhere were crafted by Sam Lutfi years ago… I did not write them. He was pretending to be me and communicating with my team with a fake email address. Meantime, Sam Lufti crawled out from under a rock to get on Twitter and deny he ever wrote emails in Britney’s name. He also believes Britney’s management forced her to make that video saying she’s okay, and he retweeted people who said there was no way Britney wrote that statement herself.
