Buzzfeed.com is out with their list of the Biggest Disappointments of the Year in movies and TV. As far as movies go, Buzzfeed includes “Monsters University,” “Man of Steel,” “The Great Gatsby,” and “Star Trek Into Darkness” — just to name a few. On the TV side, Buzzfeed was extremely disappointed by “Dexter,” “Homeland,” “The Walking Dead,” “The Following” and “Super Fun Night.” (I was disappointed by that last one, myself….)

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller’s twin boys might end up spending Christmas with a foster family!! RadarOnline is reporting that Child Protective Services thinks 4-year-old Bob and Max are in such serious danger, that they could be placed in foster care immediately. Brooke’s brother has been the boys’ temporary guardian, but apparently something is very wrong with that situation. A source says Charlie can’t get custody of the boys because of his past behavior, even if he has round the clock nannies watching them. And Denise Richards said she can’t take care of them because they were violent towards her daughters.

TMZ reported first that one of Justin Bieber’s bodyguards roughed up a paparazzo outside at IHOP in Encino Wednesday night. The photographer says he was just trying to take some pictures of Justin inside the restaurant, but then he had to take a potty break. That’s where the alleged beat-down took place. The photographer says he suffered minor injuries and he has filed a battery report with the police.

A judge ordered Chris Brown into lockdown rehab, but he has been granted a one day pass in order to spread a little Christmas cheer. The rehab facility is letting Chris out on Sunday to attend a toy drive for underprivileged children. Reportedly, rehab officials think this will help him with his anger issues, showing him how satisfying it is to participate in non-violent activities. And yes, Karrueche Tran will be by his side the entire time.

Britney Spears did something really cool for one of her British fans. ITV did a Christmas special called “Surprise Surprise,” and Britney dressed up like a waitress to serve one of her fans tea at London’s Savoy Hotel! James Calhoun was nominated for the surprise by his sister because he helped her care for her premature twins “as if they were his own.” She said she couldn’t have done it without him. And James is a MASSIVE Britney fan. So when he’s sitting there enjoying his afternoon tea at The Savoy and Britney walked in with a tray of scones, he was so overwhelmed that he nearly fainted. Merry Christmas, James!!
