Jools Lebron’s trademark conflict… Bad Bunny joins crime thriller… Armie Hammer is selling his truck… Oasis tour update… and Brittany Cartwright has filed for divorce from Jax Taylor

Back on August 2, Jools Lebron posted a TikTok video titled, “How to be demure at work.” The rest is history. But in a tearful update, Jools revealed someone beat her to trademarking “very demure…very mindful.” She was so upset because every TikTok creator dreams of going viral and making millions off merch but she didn’t understand how this trademark stuff works. TMZ discovered that it was some guy named Jefferson Bates who lives in Washington State who filed for the trademark, blocking Jools from profiting off her viral moment. And yesterday, Jools jumped back on TikTok to update her followers, saying, “Divas, on the trademark front, I feel like I have to say something. We got it handled and I’m going to leave it at that. We. Got. It. Handled. Mama got a team now! It’s getting handled!” We’ll keep you posted on the progress.

Bad Bunny has joined the cast for an upcoming thriller called Caught Stealing. It’s directed by the same guy who directed Black Swan, if that gives you an idea of the vibe. It’s based on a 2004 novel of the same name, and the book is being adapted by the author. Caught Stealing stars Austin Butler as a washed up ex-baseball player who gets caught up in the criminal underbelly of NYC in the ‘90s. In addition to Bad Bunny, the cast includes Zoe Kravitz, Matt Smith, Regina King and Liev Schreiber.

Being accused of cannibalism can ruin your career. Just ask Armie Hammer, who hasn’t been in a movie since 2022’s Death on the Nile. Back in 2017 — when times were good — Armie bought himself a Denali truck for Christmas. But now, he’s being forced to sell it. He posted a video from the CarMax parking lot yesterday, explaining that he simply can’t afford the gas. Armie took a bittersweet walk down memory lane, remembering all the road trips and good times with his family. But he said today — which is his birthday — he’s starting a new life in a new apartment and a new hybrid, which will probably only cost him about $10 a month in gas.

Oasis is officially reuniting for a tour next year. They announced 14 shows in the UK and Ireland next July and August, with tickets going on sale this Saturday. But then, in a since deleted image, someone posted a document that appears to have more dates and venues listed, captioning it, “THE UK AND DUBLIN DATES WERE SPOT ON, MAYBE THE USA DATES ARE RIGHT.” And if it is correct, after Oasis does their UK and Ireland shows, they’ll leap across the pond for shows booked in Toronto, Chicago, New York, Boston, LA, and Mexico City! We’re still waiting for official confirmation from Oasis.

Brittany Cartwright is officially done with Jax Taylor. After five years of marriage, Brittany filed the divorce papers yesterday, citing the usual irreconcilable differences. She lists the date of separation as Jan. 24, 2024, which was the day before her birthday. Brittany is asking that spousal support be waived for both parties, but she does want legal and physical custody of the couple’s 3-year-old son Cruz, giving Jax visitation rights. She would also like to keep everything she acquired by gift or inheritance before the marriage and after the date of separation. When Brittany moved out and announced her separation, fans thought it was all a publicity stunt to promote their new Peacock series, The Valley. Jax certainly didn’t help, lying to the paparazzi that everything was fine. But in the final episode of the series, Brittany explained how Jax had been coming home drunk and his hangovers made him angrier than usual, and she finally had enough. They’re now filming Season 2 of The Valley, so we’ll see how this plays out in the spring of next year.
