We have to give a shout out to Friend of the Show, Todd Graves — the founder and CEO of Raising Cane’s — bought 50K Mega Millions tickets for all his employees. He posted the video of him buying the actual tickets on Twitter, captioning it, “Buying 50,000 lottery tickets is harder than you think! Hoping to share the winning jackpot with our 50,000 @RaisingCanes Crew.” But alas….nobody won the Mega Millions drawing last night. The next drawing is this Friday, and for the third time in Mega Millions history, it’s over $1B. It’s $1.02B, to be exact.

The Kardashians are beefing with one of the institutions that helped make them who they are: Instagram. Instagram has been pushing videos and recommended content over photos lately, and the Kardashians are all about the photos. When one IG user posted, “Make Instagram Instagram again. Stop trying to be TikTok, I just want to see cute photos of my friends. Sincerely, everyone” both Kim and Kylie reposted it. That was what got Instagram CEO Adam Moressi to finally say something. He posted a video on Twitter yesterday saying, “If you’re seeing a new, full-screen version of a feed or you’re hearing about it, know that this is a test. It’s a test to a few percentage of people out there, and the idea is that a more full-screen experience, not only for video but for photos, might be a bit more fun and engaging experience. But I also want to be clear, it’s not yet good.” Adam said Instagram is still committed to supporting photos, but he added, “I need to be honest. I do believe that more and more of Instagram is going to become video over time.” Twitter comments have not been kind.

Harry Styles, who is currently on his Love On Tour, doesn’t party after the show is over. He takes an ice bath. The international singer posted a picture of himself in an ice bath with the caption, “Love On Tour. Cologne. July 2022.” The ice bath is a part of his post-show routine. An ice bath reduces inflammation, speeds metabolism, and clears the mind. Submerging in cold water (below 15°C) reduces the body’s stress reaction, so it’s a great way to promote calm and relaxation. While athletes often take ice baths, celebrities like Lady Gaga, Oprah Winfrey, Gwenyth Paltrow, and Liam Hemsworth all swear by ice baths, including Harry!

Fans of the Disney+ series “High School Musical: The Musical” will remember that at the end of Season 2, Olivia Rodrigo’s character Nini got the opportunity to go to LA to explore her songwriting dreams. So in Season 3, Nini will be off on her own adventure, and the show’s creator says that leaves room for other characters to step into the spotlight. Season 3 premieres on Disney+ today. JoJo Siwa will guest as a Camp Shallow Lake alum. Jesse Tyler Ferguson will play an old family friend of Nini. Jason Earles — who played Hannah Montana’s older brother Jackson — will play a camp counselor. And Corbin Bleu will appear as himself.

Speaking of JoJo Siwa, she didn’t realize her TikTok naming Cameron Candace Bure as the rudest celebrity she’d ever met would get so much attention. And when Candace heard about it, she was shocked, saying she had no idea what it was about. So being a grown a** adult, Candace tracked down JoJo’s number and gave her a all to ask what happened. JoJo explained that when she was 11, she was at the red carpet premiere of “Fuller House” and asked Cameron for a photo. Cameron told her, “Not right now” and went on taking photos with others on the red carpet. Cameron told JoJo, “I broke your 11-year-old heart! Please know that as a mom that it breaks my heart that I made you feel that way.” Cameron said they had a great conversation and there’s no drama. But she added, “I think the lesson we can learn is to be mindful. That no matter how may followers you have, even a ten second trending TikTok video can do damage, because our words matter and our actions matter.’
