Weekend box office news…Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde welcome a baby girl… A Mumford & Sons wedding… Russell Crowe kicks Azealia Banks out of hotel suite… and Casper Smart cheated on Jennifer Lopez
Ben Affleck’s “The Accountant” opened in first place at the box office this weekend, taking in $24.7 million. Kevin Hart’s stand-up comedy movie “What Now?” opened in second with $12.3 million. “The Girl on the Train” was third with $11.9 million.
Congratulations to Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde on the birth of their baby girl, Daisy Josephine! Two-year-old Otis is a proud big brother. Jason and Olivia have been engaged since January 2013.
Another one of the Mumford & Sons is off the market. Guitarist Winston Marshall and former “Glee” star Dianna Agron got engaged around New Year’s after about six months of dating. They were married in Morocco on Saturday. Although their schedules were crazy during their brief courtship, a source told “Us Weekly” that Winston treated Dianna like a princess, flying her and her family to see him wherever the band was performing whenever they wanted.
Russell Crowe was hanging out in Beverly Hills and invited a group of about ten people back to his hotel room. That was his second mistake. His FIRST mistake was including Azealia Banks in the group. So Russell had some music going and Azealia started complaining about it and she called Russell and his buddy “boring white men.” One of Russell’s other female guests spoke up to defend her boring white friend and that’s when Azealia went crazy nuts. She allegedly threatened to break a glass and stab people in the throats. Russell reportedly grabbed her in a bear hug, carried her out of the room and let security take care of her from there. Azealia went on Facebook and claimed that Russell called her the N-word, choked and spit on her and then threw her out. She has since deleted that post. But RZA from Wu-Tang Clan was in the room when all this happened and he says she was the one throwing out the N-word.
A source told “People” magazine that Jennifer Lopez didn’t dump Casper Smart for choosing a weekend in Vegas with the boys over a charity event in the Hamptons with her. She dumped him because he cheated on her……again! Reportedly, Casper cheated on Jennifer two years ago, but he begged and pleaded and swore he would never do it again until she finally decided to give him a second chance. But a source says Jennifer caught him cheating again and kicked him out, this time for good. But that hasn’t stopped Casper from trying to win her back. The source says “he’s been doing everything he can to get back together, working on himself and posting on his Instagram saying that ‘Life is Good’ and showing off his new leg tattoo that says ‘You must embrace the darkness to see the light.’”
