Miranda Lambert was the big winner at last night’s CMA Awards, taking home four out of the nine trophies she was nominated for, including Album of the Year for “Platinum” and Single of the Year for “Automatic.” And Luke Bryan won his very first CMA Award, but it was the biggest one of the night — Entertainer of the Year! That probably made being snubbed at the Grammys a little less painful for him…..Among the big moments last night — Miranda Lambert and Meghan Trainor performing “All About That Bass”…..Little Big Town joining Ariana Grande for “Bang Bang”….and Carrie Underwood announcing — or Brad Paisley announcing — that she’s expecting a baby boy.

Taylor Swift sold 1.287 million copies of “1989” in its first week of release, making it the biggest week for any album since “The Eminem Show” way back in 2002. But Eminem still holds the record with 1.322 million copies sold in its first week. Early projections gave Taylor a real shot of breaking Britney Spears’ 2000 record for highest first-week sales by a female artist. But Britney still holds the record with 1.319 copies of “Oops! … I Did It Again” sold in its first week.

But Taylor did set a record — The first-week sales of “1989” makes her the only artist in history to sell 1 million copies in a single week over three different albums. She did it in 2010 with “Speak Now” and in 2012 with “Red.” And “1989” becomes the first album of 2014 to sell a million copies. It’s the first album to sell a million copies since last year’s “Frozen.”

There’s a rumor that Miley Cyrus is dating Patrick Schwarzenegger, and don’t you know his mother is FURIOUS!! Maria Shriver pitched a fit when he toyed with the idea of dating Taylor Swift and now THIS! Miley was photographed with Patrick over Halloween, hanging out at his apartment and then at her house. Patrick’s actually had a crush on Miley for years. He told “Details” magazine back in 2011 that his eye was set on her. They were rumored to go on a couple of dates that year, but that fizzled out when she got back together with Liam Hemsworth.

Amanda Bynes’ parents say they’re in over their heads. They will file legal documents in the next few days giving up their conservatorship over their daughter. They believe a mental health professional specializing in severe mental illnesses would do a better job handling Amanda. The parents are also making arrangements to transfer her finances to a money manager. They’re hoping that once they give up control over their daughter’s life, she will stop being angry with them and want to have a relationship again.

Yesterday, Chickadee — whose real name is Anna Cardwell — told E! News that she believed her mother, Mama June, stole $30K from her trust fund to buy a car for the man who served 10 years for molesting Anna when she was only eight. June is denying it, of course. One woman heard Anna’s story and decided to do something about it. Julie Tice Poulin has set up a Go Fund Me account, hoping to raise the $30K to replace what was stolen from Anna. Julie got the ball rolling with a $25 donation. And I checked the site literally two minutes ago so far she’s raised a grand total of $35. Only $29,965 to go to reach her goal.
