The 91st Oscar nominees… Kevin Hart’s lawsuit… Bebe Rexha is lashing out… Brad Pitt is dating Charlize Theron… and Chris Brown arrested in Paris

The Oscars will be handed out on February 24 and the nominations were announced this morning. Up for Best Picture are Black Panther, BlacKkKlansman, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Favourite, Green Book, Roma, A Star is Born, and Vice. For Best Lead Actor, it’s Christian Bale for Vice; Bradley Cooper for A Star is Born; Willem Defoe for At Eternity’s Gate; Rami Malek for Bohemian Rhapsody; and Viggo Mortensen for Green Book. And hoping to win for Best Lead Actress are Yalitza Aparicio for Roma; Glenn Close for The Wife; Olivia Colman for The Favourite; Lady Gaga for A Star is Born; and Melissa McCarthy for Can You Ever Forgive Me?

This company called Stand Up digital partnered with Kevin Hart to create a gaming app called “Gold Ambush” featuring Kevin and members of his family as the characters. Stand Up Digital claims they spent $1.25 million developing the game and one month before the app was supposed to launch, Kevin confessed he cheated on his pregnant wife and that he was being extorted over a sex tape. The app was a flop. Stand Up Digital says Kevin should’ve warned them. Kevin says he couldn’t because he was working with the FBI. Stand Up Digital sued Kevin for over $7.2 million, but Kevin has been trying to get the case tossed. He even filed his own counter-suit. The judge threw out one of the claims against Kevin — breach of contract — but he said Stand Up Digital has shown that they have enough to move forward with the court battle.

She’s not naming names, but Bebe Rexha is lashing out at designers who won’t dress her for the Grammys because she’s too big. And what size is Bebe? A 6/8!! Bebe was so ticked off, she went on her Instagram yesterday and said, “So, I finally get nominated at the Grammys and it’s like, the coolest thing ever. And a lot of times, artists will go and talk to designers and they’ll make them custom dresses to wear to walk the red carpet. So I had my team hit out a lot of designers, and a lot of them do not want to dress me because I’m too big. Literally, I’m too big. If a size 6/8 is too big, then I don’t know what to tell you. Then I don’t want to wear your (BLANKING) dresses. Cause that’s crazy. You’re saying that all the women in the world that are size 8 and up are not beautiful and they cannot wear your dresses. So all the people who said I’m thick and can’t wear dresses, (BLANK) you. I don’t wanna wear your (BLANKING) dresses.”

There were reports over the weekend that Brad Pitt and Charlize Theron have been seeing each other for about a month after working together on a photoshoot for Breitling watches. A source told The Sun that they’ve been friends for a while though Sean Penn. (Remember, Charlize was engaged to Sean but called it off.) But after meeting again on the set, sparks flew. Their source says the two of them were seen hanging out at in the corner of the bar at Chateau Marmont last weekend and they were “ridiculously touchy-feely and his arm was around her back. At one point, he winked at her.” Of course, both reps are denying it.

Chris Brown expected Paris Fashion Week to be filled with non-stop fashion shows and parties. Instead, he and two other people were picked up by French police yesterday on suspicion of rape and drug infractions. One of those other two is Chris’ bodyguard. A 24-year-old woman claimed she was raped in Chris’ hotel suite on January 15. Investigators have another another two days to decide whether to let him go or file preliminary charges.
