Kanye West is heading to the White House… Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas get tattoos… Nick Cannon’s late-night talk show… James Corden will host “The World’s Best”… and Chris Martin & Dakota Johnson throw star-studded gender reveal

The New York Times is reporting that Kanye West is heading to the White House on Thursday. He’s expected to meet with President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner and then have lunch with the president. A source says Kanye wants to discuss job opportunities for former inmates. And because Kanye is so passionate about his hometown, he also wants to talk to President Trump about how to increase the number of manufacturing jobs in the Chicago area.

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are still happily engaged and in it for good. They went to the NYC tattoo parlor Bang Bang over the weekend to get matching ink. On their forearms in a beautiful script, Joe got “To infinity” and Sophie got “& Beyond.” And just in case you think they’re not referring to Buzz Lightyear’s famous quote, Sophie got a little spaceship tattoo with hers.

Yesterday, news broke that Nick Cannon is developing his own late-night talk show, and it’s most likely for Fox. No word if it will be every night or once a week. Nick’s already signed on to host the upcoming series, “The Masked Singer.” This is based on a South Korean show that features celebrities singing while covered from head-to-toe in crazy costumes. Everybody has fun trying to guess who it is — the host, the judges, the audience, and those of us watching at home. And because it’s a singing competition, one singer is eliminated each week and then reveals his or her identity. Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke will be the judges.

Because we really do need another talent show, yesterday, CBS announced a brand-new 10-episode competition show called “The World’s Best” which will air next year. It will be hosted by James Corden and the judges are completely random — Faith Hill, RuPaul, and Drew Barrymore. Acts from every genre will compete to impress not only the judges, but 50 experts from different fields of entertainment, in order to advance in the competition.

Her reps say we’re reading it wrong and that this was nothing more than Dakota Johnson’s birthday party. But come on, reps…..we aren’t THAT stupid. When celebrities like Julia Robert and Sean Penn arrived at Dakota’s “birthday party,” they walked under arches of pink and blue balloons. Eventually all the blue balloons were released and floated away, so this was obviously a gender reveal and it looks like Dakota and boyfriend Chris Martin are having a boy!
