Christina Aguilera’s Duet With Whitney Houston’s Hologram Leaks

“Captain America: Civil War” breaks $1 billion… Sara Ramirez leaves “Grey’s Anatomy”… Harry Styles’ new music… Kesha will perform on the Billboard Music Awards… and Christina Aguilera’s duet with Whitney Houston’s hologram leaks

“Captain America: Civil War” is set to break the one BILLION dollar worldwide mark today, once all the box office totals come in. As of right now, the movie has earned almost $982 million around the world. And this happened after just two weeks!! This could very well be in the running to become the highest grossing movie of all time.

It was revealed after last night’s season finale that Sara Ramirez will not be returning to “Grey’s Anatomy” when it comes back for its 13th season. Sara has played Dr. Callie Torres for ten years. She released a statement saying how grateful she is for her time on the show, but she’s “taking some welcome time off.” Shonda Rimes released her own statement that said, “Dr. Callie Torres came into our lives dancing it out in her underwear almost a decade ago and I could not be happier or more proud of her journey. Sara Ramirez’s performance inspired me as well as millions of fans each week. We wish her the best on her well-deserved time off.”

Harry Styles recently shocked us with his new ‘do. (He had to cut if for his upcoming World War II movie “Dunkirk.”) But apparently, he’s getting ready to shock us with some new music, too! Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid (aka, future Mr. Courteney Cox) says he’s been writing songs with Harry for years, but the new stuff they’re working on will “blow the socks off the world.” Johnny says he’s never been in a studio with Harry. They do the “guerrilla thing” where they just hang out at each other’s house or meet somewhere and set up in a living room. But Johnny didn’t give us any indiction when we might hear Harry’s knock-your-socks-off music.

Dick Clark Productions released a statement saying, “We are pleased that Kesha and Kemosabe Records have reached an agreement and very much look forward to having Kesha perform on the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday night on ABC.” After Kesha assured her label that she wouldn’t use her performance to make a statement about her ongoing legal battle to be freed from Dr. Luke, they changed their minds about letting her perform “It Ain’t Me, Babe” as a tribute to Bob Dylan.

It was supposed to be a big surprise, but rumors were out there that on Monday night’s season finale of “The Voice,” Christina Aguilera would perform a duet with Whitney Houston’s hologram. They recorded the performance several days ago because Whitney’s family demanded final approval before the performance saw the light of day. And except for an excerpt that was leaked and then yanked online, the family says NBC can’t air it. The family doesn’t think it looks enough like Whitney. And they won’t approve any hologram performance until the technology is improved enough to make Whitney look flawless.
