“The View” is slipping in the ratings. A source says Rosie O’Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg were told to drop their feud and put on a united front because it’s affecting the ratings, and they’re trying to do their part. But Rosie and Whoopi don’t really think the ratings drop is their fault. They’re putting the blame on newbie Rosie Perez. Both women reportedly have been coaching Rosie behind the scenes, telling her to work on her accent and cut back on the laughing because they think the audience is finding her annoying. But according to a source, the women couldn’t be more wrong. In testing, Rosie Perez has been the most popular among the new lineup when it comes to connecting with the audience.

An investigative judge in Argentina has summoned Justin Bieber to come back for questioning in a case involving an attack on a photographer. While Justin was on tour in South America last year, Diego Pesoa claims he sicced his bodyguards on him and that they chased him down the street and beat him up. The judge has asked Interpol to use “all necessary means” to notify Justin that he has 60 days to appear before him in court and if he doesn’t comply, he will issue an international arrest warrant.

Kendall Jenner reportedly was in the running to be in the big Victoria’s Secret fashion show next month, but she’s going to be walking the runway for Chanel in Austria instead. Kendall has ALWAYS dreamed of being a Victoria’s Secret Angel, but when Karl Lagerfeld calls, Kendall jumps. Maybe she can earn her Angel wings next year.

Sean Penn and Charlize Theron took her 2-year-old son Jackson on a morning hike for a sunrise picnic when Jackson decided to throw a temper tantrum. A female hiker heard the noise, took out her phone and started filming as she approached the child. Charlize told the woman to back off, so the hiker left….and called the cops!! She told them she thought something bad had happened to this child and they needed to do something about it. So the officers arrived and Charlize explained that Jackson threw a temper tantrum when she put him in timeout and suddenly this crazy lady with a camera is coming up to him, filming it all. Officers determined very quickly that nothing abusive had happened and left.
