Back in May, Ray J got into an ugly confrontation at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel that has now led to 10 charges. A woman claimed Ray J touched her behind without her permission and he said it was an unintentional brush-up. Security got involved and when Ray J refused to leave the premises, the cops were called. That’s when he allegedly spit on an officer and then kicked out a patrol car window. The DA’s office has now charged Ray J with one count of sexual battery, four counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery, and two counts of vandalism.

The National Enquirer is reporting that Jessica Biel has given hubby Justin Timberlake an ultimatum — give her a baby or she’s out of there! Their source says Jessica is sick of Justin’s “Me! Me! Me!” attitude all the time and her biological clock is going off big time. This source says as scared as Justin is to be a dad, he’ll do anything to keep Jessica. So now he’s got no choice but to make a baby with her.

One Direction is on a worldwide tour, but they realize not every fan will be able to see them this go round. So for one weekend only — October 11 and 12 — you can watch “One Direction: Where We Are — The Concert Film” in movie theaters around the world. The concert was recorded last month in Milan and will feature backstage footage and interviews with the boys. And just in time for the holidays, the movie will be out on DVD on December first.

Kris Jenner and Drake reportedly got along REALLY well at the ESPYs after-party. In fact, some are saying they actually hooked up! It’s not like they just met — Drake performed at Kylie’s 16th birthday party last year. At the time, it was rumored that Kris was trying to hook Khloe up with Drake, but she was already interested in French Montana.

Police officers reportedly have given Justin Bieber’s neighbors permission to place him under citizen’s arrest IF they catch him doing anything illegal. Since Justin moved into his West Hollywood condo, the cops have been called out multiple times — and six of those times were this past Saturday night alone! Four of the calls were for loud noise and two other complaints were about the fans and paparazzi.
