You may not think about “Despacito” on a daily basis, but at least a million other people do. Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito” was released in 2017 and it’s broken a ton of records. Now they can add another one to the list. The original song — not the Justin Bieber remix — is now the first and only video on YouTube to reach 7B views. In fact, it’s still so popular that it averages more than 1.4M views a day.

It wasn’t that long ago that people wouldn’t blink an eye at some of the racist stereotypes in movies. But now? Just try going back and watching some of your favorite classics. You’ll find yourself wincing! So how does Hollywood show some classic favorites with elements considered controversial in 2020? Do you edit those scenes out? Do you leave them in as a teachable moment? Disney+ has decided to slap a warning label on it. Disney+ is running a new, updated content warning before several titles that contain racist character portrayals. It says, “This program includes negative depictions and/or mistreatment of people or cultures. These stereotypes were wrong then and are wrong now. Rather than remove this content, we want to acknowledge its harmful impact, learn from it and spark conversation to create a more inclusive future together.” Some of the movies that carry this new warning include “The Aristocats,” which features a very offensive Asian cat on drums…“Peter Pan,” for its insensitive portrayal of native American Indians…“Swiss Family Robinson” for its yellow- and brown-faced pirates….and “Dumbo” for its black crows.

Back in July, the Hallmark Channel announced it would increase LBGTQ representation in its movies. Among its 22 new Christmas movies this season is “The Christmas House,” starring Jonathan Bennett and Brad Harder as a gay couple in the process of adopting a baby. It debuts Nov. 22nd. You may remember Jonathan from “Mean Girls.” He played Lindsay Lohan’s love interest, Aaron Samuels, whose hair looks sexy pushed back.

Justin Bieber is the musical guest on this weekend’s “Saturday Night Live” and he has a message for the fans camped outside his NYC apartment. He posted on his Instagram Story, “How do you convince yourself it’s not completely inappropriate and disrespectful to wait outside my home to gawk, stare and take pictures as I walk into my apartment. This is not a hotel. It’s my home.”

Demi Lovato split up with her fiancé Max Ehrich a few weeks ago, and this week she was seen getting cozy with Bella Thorne’s ex-boyfriend, Mod Sun. Paparazzi caught pictures of them being all flirty and giggly in the In & Out drive-through. At one point, Mod Sun takes off his shirt and cuddles up with Demi while he smokes a big ol’ stinky cig. A source told E! News that these two are just friends, adding, “She’s been trying to surround herself with good company to occupy her time and keep her mind off of the Max drama. She isn’t looking to date right now and is still healing.”
