Look for “Fashionably Late with Rachel Zoe” on Lifetime to premiere on September 24. The show will be shot at Rachel’s headquarters on Melrose in LA and she’ll focus on what’s trending in fashion, beauty and pop culture. Rachel’s husband, Rodger Berman, and Harper’s Editor-at-Large Derek Blasberg will join Rachel, along with rotating celebrities for each episode.

They just won’t let “The View” die. In yet another change to try to get their audience back, Entertainment Weekly is reporting that producers want to demote conservative Nicole Wallace from host to contributor. Ouch. Nicole wasn’t on the show yesterday, perhaps because she needed a moment to think about this one. She hasn’t decided yet whether or not to take ABC up on their offer.

And now she’s been charged with two counts of illegal importation and one count of producing a false document. She faces a fine of up to $200K or up to 10 years in prison.
