Tori Kelly was booked and busy, but blood clots caused her to press pause for a few weeks. But now she’s doing great and she’s ready to get back out there and promote her new music. Her new single “Cut” is out and Tori is taking that song and others on the road for what she’s calling “The Take Control Tour.” As of right now, only 8 dates have been announced, kicking off Sept. 10 in Toronto, jumping around to a handful of other big cities like Boston and Chicago before wrapping up Sept. 26 in LA…..or IS she? On her website there’s an RSVP option for “Don’t see your city?” which means we could see more dates announced in the near future, depending on the amount of RSVPs, perhaps?

Mark Zuckerberg says it’s not him! HE’s the one who keeps trying to nail down a date to beat up Elon Musk, but Elon keeps stalling. But Elon says it’s actually the other way around. Zuck posted on Tuesday, “Dana White offered to make this a legit competition for charity. Elon won’t confirm a date, then says he needs surgery, and now asks to do a practice round in my backyard instead. If Elon ever gets serious about a real date and official event, he knows how to reach me. Otherwise, time to move on. I’m going to focus on competing with people who take the sport seriously.” But Elon says, hold up. HE’s the one who got the Prime Minister of Italy to agree to let them fight at the Colosseum in Rome, but Zuck is the one who declined. That’s when Elon says he offered to do it in the octagon Zuck built in his backyard, ruining his wife’s grass, by the way. Elon said, “I suggested his home as ‘safe space.’ Tragically, he was ahem ‘traveling.’” So who do we believe? And will this ever happen?

It sounds romantic….and a little stinky. But Tom Brady and Irina Shayk just spent 48 hours holed up inside a ritzy London hotel room. The Daily Mail reports that Tom and Irina spent all of Sunday and Monday locked inside a room at the 5-star hotel in London called The Twenty Two. Tom checked in at 2am Sunday after driving in from Birmingham. I don’t know what time she got there, but Tom was seen leaving a side entrance at 7:20am on Tuesday and then heading straight to the airport. Irina checked out about 5 minutes later, but no word of where she went from there.

Was “The Blind Side” movie all a lie? On Monday, former NFL star Michael Oher announced he was suing Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy for lying to him about being adopted. He said they tricked him into a conservatorship, which they used to make business deals on his behalf only to make themselves rich. Now Michael wants them to hand over all the money they’d earned off of his name. But Sean Touhy spoke to the “Daily Memphis” to explain his side of the story. As a booster for Ole Miss, Sean claims he sat Michael down and told him, “If you’re planning to go to Ole Miss — or even considering Ole Miss — we think you have to be part of the family. This would do that legally.” Sean said they had contacted lawyers who said the Tuohys couldn’t adopt anyone over the age of 18, so the conservatorship was the only other option. Sean said, “We were so concerned it was on the up-and-up that we made sure the biological mother came to court.” As far as earning millions off his name, Sean claims they barely made anything off of “The Blind Side.” He says the author of the book the movie was based on split what he was paid with the family, and everyone in the family got an equal share — including Michael — of about $14K. Sean says Michael came to them recently demanding $15M, and then threatened to go public if they didn’t pay up. They obviously didn’t.

After performing the second of his four nights performing in LA, Drake was exiting the arena when he threw his sweat towel up to woman in the stands. That’s when a man standing next to her grabbed the other end and started a tug-of-war that pulled the woman down to the ground! Drake actually saw what was happening and yelled up to the man, “Give it to her! Are you crazy? Are you dumb?” before threatening to send someone up there. He didn’t leave until he was sure the situation was under control. Then on the third night of his four-night run, Drake brought Bad Bunny onstage to announce they’re collaborating on a song for Drake’s next album. Drake said, “It’s been like six years since me and Benito did a song, so we got a song coming for y’all on my album and it’s real.” The song he’s referring to — “Mía” — was released in 2018. It peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was Bad Bunny’s first Top 10 single as a lead artist. It was also the first time Drake sang a song entirely in Spanish!
