Selena Gomez was performing in Fresno this past weekend when she saw a fan holding up a sign that said “Marry Justin Please.” I’m sure the fan was swooning with joy when Selena beckoned her to come towards the stage. But Selena might as well have stomped on that poor fan’s joy-filled heart with her 6” stiletto when she crumpled up the sign and threw it to the floor.
Meghan Trainor is taking a stand. Just hours after the video for her new single “Me Too” was released online, she demanded that it be pulled until some alterations to make her look thinner than she is were corrected. She ranted about it on Snapchat, saying, “Hey guys, I took down the ‘Me Too’ video because they Photoshopped the crap out of me. I’m so sick of it and I’m over it, so I took it down until they fix it. My waist is not that teeny. I had a bomb waist that night, I don’t know why they didn’t like my waist, but I didn’t approve that video and it went out for the world, so I’m embarrassed. The video is still one of my favorite videos I’ve ever done, I’m very proud of it. I just am pissed off that they broke my ribs, you know?”
Speaking of photoshop, Khloe Kardashian is owning up to the fact that she altered a picture of herself a couple months ago that caused everyone to go crazy nuts. While she was posing in a bathroom mirror, eagle-eyed viewers noticed the door frame was curved ever-so-slightly. After the backlash, Khloe posted the unaltered version and the difference was barely noticeable. So why did she do it? Khloe says it’s not for the reason we think it is. She wasn’t trying to make her leg look smaller. She was trying to make it look BIGGER. She explained that when she was 16, she was in a serious car accident that sent her through the windshield and trapped her legs under the steering wheel. She had to undergo several surgeries to repair the damage, which left her right leg an inch and a half thinner than her left because her muscles deteriorated and never recovered. Khloe said, “It’s funny because everyone made a big stink about this Instagram photo because I Photoshopped it. Yes, I did Photoshop it, but I was trying to make my thinner leg look bigger to match my other leg!!! All I want are big, thick thighs and I hate how skinny my legs are.”
A man from Kansas City named Carlin Q. Williams — who is in jail right now on weapons charges — claims to be Prince’s son. Carlin claims that his mother told him that back in July 1976, she had an unprotected one night stand with Prince in a Kansas City motel room. He has now filed a paternity claim and has requested a DNA test.
How do these two keep pulling this off! Two weeks ago, Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling welcomed their second daughter into the world — literally days after we found out she was even pregnant! Amada Lee Gosling was born at 8:03am on April 29 at Providence St. John’s Health Center in Santa Monica. Big sister Esmeralda Amada is 20 months old. The name Amada has special meaning. It was Eva’s grandmother’s name.
