Billboard has named Ariana Grande its 2018 Woman of the Year. She’ll receive her award at Billboard’s 13th annual Women in Music event on Dec. 6 in New York City. Previous winners include Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Madonna and Selena Gomez. In a statement Billboard said, Ariana “consistently stands up for herself and her decisions in a world that often isn’t hospitable to that sort of strength in young women.”

They’ve been together for 14 months, so I guess she figured it was time to get to know her baby daddy’s girlfriend. Kourtney Kardashian went to dinner with Scott Disick and Sofia Richie at Nobu in Malibu. Depending on who you ask, it was either very tense or completely fine. E! News is on the “completely fine” side. Their source said, “Scott and Sofia are very serious and Scott felt it was important that Sofia and Kourtney interact and bond…They’ve kept things separate for over a year now, and Kourtney is now more open and willing to have a surface level relationship with Sofia.” People’s source is reporting that while Kourtney “doesn’t necessarily care to get to know Sofia better, she feels she needs to because of the kids.”

Kelly Ripa announced that she is joining the cast of “Riverdale.” She shared a sexy, leggy picture of herself on Instagram and captioned it, “It’s a family affair……..Hiram’s mistress. 23 years of auditioning for a role i was born to play. ” Kelly’s husband Mark Consuelos plays Hiram Lodge on the show. Their son Michael will play Hiram in flashback scenes. Kelly will play Mrs. Mulwray and The CW describes her character as “confident and tough…She’s a beautiful, icy, femme fatale who gets caught up in a conspiracy that’s much bigger than she initially realized.”

Demi Lovato isn’t completely done with her rehab therapy. TMZ is reporting that she spends 3 days a week in a sober house and the rest of the week at a private home in LA. She also has a sober coach by her side 24 hours a day and attends AA meetings regularly.
