SPOILER ALERT…I think….But it was over a year ago so I’m going for it. “The Walking Dead” series finale ended with Daryl Dixon riding off on his motorcycle into the distance. We don’t know where he’s heading, but we certainly know where he ends up. It was already revealed that Daryl will emerge in France in an upcoming spin-off titled “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon.” AMC president Dan McDermott told “Entertainment Weekly” that the spin-off will “follow Daryl as he wakes up and finds himself somewhere on the European continent and tries to piece together what happened. How did he get here? How’s he going to get home?” Norman Reedus — who plays Daryl Dixon — describe the spinoff as a “reset.” He said,”It’s going to be way different. The story’s way different. The characters are way different. There’s a different tone, there’s different light, there’s a different sound. It’s a whole different vibe.” Filming for the spinoff began Oct. 24 in Paris. It’s expected to premiere sometime in 2023.

The man who shot Lady Gaga’s dog walker Ryan Walker and stole two of her French bulldogs has accepted a plea deal, and now he will spend the next 21 years sitting behind bars. James Howard Jackson was one of five people who took part in the plot to steal Gaga’s dogs, although authorities say they didn’t realize they belonged to her. They were caught when the girlfriend of one of the men in this group returned the dogs and tried to claim the $500K reward. She was one of the people charged in the crime. At his shooter’s sentencing, Ryan appeared in court to read his victim’s statement. He said, “You shot me and left me to die, and both our lives have changed forever.” Ryan says since the attack, he’s experienced “lung collapse after lung collapse,” lost his career and friendships and has been aimlessly traveling the country and accumulating debt.

Kirstie Alley passed away yesterday at the age of 71. Her children released a statement on their mom’s social media accounts, saying she had just recently been diagnosed with cancer. Kirstie’s reps told “People” that it was colon cancer, also known as the silent killer because by the time symptoms present themselves, it’s often too late. Kirstie got her big break playing Rebecca Howe on “Cheers.” Shen went on to star in dozens of movies and other TV shows, including “Drop Dead Gorgeous,” “Veronica’s Closet,” “It Takes Two,” and the “Look Who’s Talking” franchise, just to name a few. Her longtime friend John Travolta posted on his Instagram, “Kirstie was one of the most special relationships I’ve ever had. I love you Kirstie. I know we will see each other again.”

Last Wednesday, the Daily Mail broke the news that “Good Morning America” third hour co-hosts T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach were having an affair. The two of them showed up for work on Thursday and Friday like nothing happened, although they did make a few comments about looking forward to the weekend. Ratings for those two shows reportedly shot up by 20 percent, but despite that, T.J. and Amy were pulled off the air for today’s show. According to the president of ABC, the two of them had become a “distraction.” She said, “While the relationship is not a violation of company policy, I have taken the last few days to think about what is best for the ABC News organization. These decisions are not easy, they are not knee-jerk, but they are necessary for the brand and for our priority which are all of us — the people here at ABC.” No word on when T.J. and Amy will return.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle took a private jet to NYC yesterday because they’re receiving a human rights award tonight at The Ripple of Hope gala. This is the calm before the storm. In just a couple days, the first three episodes of their Netflix docuseries “Harry & Meghan” will begin streaming. A week later, we’ll get the final three. The trailer was released a few days ago, and people already have very strong feelings about it. In fact, they’re being called out for staging one shot. There’s a photo that makes it look like Harry and Meghan were being photographed by a ton of paparazzi, but the photo they used was actually from a movie premiere in London taken five years before Harry met Meghan. One of the photographers in that photo called them out for it, saying at the very least, it “seems like lazy picture research.”
