Kevin Hart on “Dancing With the Stars”… Chris Brown grabbed by the face… LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian sued… Jason Derulo talks about the breakup… and Has Amanda Bynes suffered a setback?

SPOILER ALERT: If you DVR’d “Dancing With the Stars” because you wanted to see Kevin Hart’s hilarious turn as guest judge, save yourself the effort. He wasn’t funny. Like, at all. And he was giving out 10s like candy. Too bad it wasn’t enough to save Randy Couture. He was eliminated from the competition last night.

Chris Brown had just performed at a nightclub in Houston over the weekend and as he and Karreuche Tran were making their way through the shrieking crowd, this woman blocked his path, grabbed his face and tried to plant a kiss on his mouth. He shoved her away and kept on moving. You can see the video on TMZ , if you want. TMZ found out the woman’s name is Mandee, who admitted that after 5 drinks and some shots, she was pretty drunk. She admitted that she understood why Chris pushed her away when she grabbed his face, but she doesn’t think he should’ve pushed so hard. Yep! She’s considering a lawsuit. She told TMZ, “I wasn’t trying to hurt him. I was just a drunk fan.”

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian’s former housekeeper is suing the couple for calling allowing a hostile work environment and then firing her — she says — because she’s from El Salvador. Gloria Cevallos said two of the couple’s other female employees didn’t like her and picked fights, calling her a fat old lady and an old Salvadoran b***h. Gloria claims she overheard Eddie’s mom complaining about problems around the house and demanding fire someone to fix it, and she ended up getting the axe. She’s not only suing for back pay, Gloria wants them to keep paying her until she finds her next job!

Jason Derulo decided the rumors were getting out of hand, so he told Ryan Seacrest the real reasons behind his breakup with Jordin Sparks. Jason said, “In a nutshell, there was a lot of tension in the relationship for a lot of different reasons…There was a lot of pressures of marriage. There was a lot of arguing and stuff like that that just weighed on our relationship over time. When you stop having more good times than bad bad times, it’s time to call it quits.” Jason explained Jordin wasn’t the only one pushing for marriage. He said, “It was kind of from everybody. That’s not the sold reason, but it definitely played a part.” Jason said there is no bad blood between the two of them, but admitted that he and Jordin aren’t on speaking terms at the moment.

Has Amanda Bynes suffered a setback? She was pulled over in the San Fernando Valley around 3:30am Sunday and failed several field sobriety tests. Amanda was charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance and released on $15K bond. She’s due in court on October 23. This could be a serious problem for Amanda, who is still on probation for a previous DUI charge. TMZ is reporting that she was under the influence of Adderall when she was arrested. Amanda had been living under her mother’s conservatorship until earlier this month. When it expired, she promptly moved out of her parents’ house and into an apartment in Orange County. TMZ’s sources say she’s been smoking a lot of weed and hasn’t been taking her medications for Schizophrenia and bipolar issues.
