Eva Longoria married Jose Antonio “Pepe” Baston Saturday at his home in Valle de Bravo, Mexico, overlooking Lake Avándaro. Tamar Braxton has left “The Real” after two seasons as one of the co-hosts. According to a statement, the decision was mutual between Tamar and the show’s producers and she’s now going to focus on her solo career. There’s no word on whether they’ll replace Tamar or just leave it as-is with the remaining four — Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry-Housley. It’s obvious that SOMETHING happened. Tamar posted a long message on Instagram:
It’s also interesting to note that Tamar unfollower all of her “The Real” co-hosts except for Tamera.
Page Six is reporting that Jay Z and Beyonce recorded a secret, surprise album that is now complete and should be dropping on Tidal very soon. A source said, “Jay and Beyoncé were never going to do an interview to address all the questions that came up after ‘Lemonade.’ It’s more their style to respond through music.”
A 16-year-old girl driving a VW Bug was speeding up Coldwater Canyon when she lost control and slammed into an SUV carrying Calvin Harris. One of the passengers in the VW was ejected and suffered a broken pelvis. She’s expected to be okay. Calvin suffered a cut to the face and was taken to the hospital. When he found out a private room wasn’t available, he left.
Britney Spears kicked things off with a medley of some of her biggest and not-so-big hits. And then the Billboard Music Awards began, with performances by Meghan Trainor, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Kesha, DNCE, Pink, Rihanna, Celine Dion, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani — just to name a few. Madonna closed out the show with a tribute to Prince. She brought out Stevie Wonder to sing “Purple Rain.” The Weeknd didn’t perform, but he should have! He was the big winner of the night with 8 BMAs, including Top Hot 100 Artist and Top R&B Artist. Adele was another big winner with six BMAs, including the biggest award of the night — Top Artist.
