Showbiz Top 5: Is Andy Kaufman still alive?

The Voice uses Twitter to save their favorite singers… Only one Jonas Brother didn’t show up for performance in Mexico City… Mark Wahlberg went off about comparison of an actor to a soldier… Argentine fans are mad at Justin Bieber… and is Andy Kaufman still alive?

On last night’s live results show, “The Voice” pulled an interesting twist. For the first time ever, Twitter users could save their favorite singer from the bottom three using #VoiceSave. They had only five minutes to tweet, and with Josh, Jonny and Kat in the bottom three, it was Kat Robichaud who needs to be thanking the Twitter gods for snagging the very first fans’ Instant Save.

Even though the Jonas Brothers announced they were breaking up last month, but 2 out of 3 of them got together in Mexico City last night for what was likely their final concert. Joe and Nick were willing to get on stage and rock it out for the TeleHit Awards Concert, but for whatever reason, Kevin was a no-show. So was Kevin the one behind the split?? He’s not saying. His latest Twitter post did say he was excited to be co-hosting TeenNick’s 2013 Halo Awards this Sunday night.

Mark Wahlberg says he didn’t realize Tom Cruise was the one who compared acting to being a soldier in combat, he just heard that somebody had said it and it made him furious. In a deposition, Tom compared training for his last movie to someone fighting in Afghanistan. Oh no he didn’t! Mark stars as a Navy SEAL in the movie “Lone Survivor,” and during a Q&A session at the AFI Fest Tuesday night, he went off. He said, “For actors to sit there and talk about, ‘Oh, I went to SEAL training,’ and I slept on the — I don’t give a (BLANK) what you did. You don’t do what these guys did, you just don’t . . . For somebody to sit there and say, ‘My job was as difficult as somebody in the military’s.’ How (BLANK)ing dare you?! While you sit in a makeup chair for two hours…I don’t give a (BLANK) if you’re getting your a** busted. You get to go home at the end of the day. You get to go to your hotel room. You get to order (BLANK)]ing chicken . . . a bottle of Cabernet, or whatever the (BLANK) it is.”

Justin Bieber just can’t catch a break! Justin’s people swear he didn’t realize those were the national flags of Argentina that were thrown up on the stage Saturday night. Otherwise, he would’ve never kicked and swept them off the stage. Things are constantly thrown onstage during Justin’s shows and they have to be removed because they’re hazardous to him and his dancers. But in Argentina, desecrating the flag is a crime punishable by up to 4 years in jail! One lawyer has reportedly filed legal papers against him, but there’s no indication that Justin will actually be charged.

Is is possible that Andy Kaufman faked his death in 1984? A 24-year-old woman got onstage at the 9th annual Andy Kaufman Awards in NYC Monday night and said she is Andy’s 24-year-old daughter. She told the audience that Andy faked his death from cancer 29 years ago so he could escape the spotlight and live in solitude. She claims that Andy has been a stay-at-home dad and that she’s is only daughter. She also claimed that Andy was going to reveal himself Monday night, but changed his mind at the last minute.
