Weekend box office news… “Scream Queens” back for a second season… Richard Simmons broke his public silence… Zendaya slammed for being too thin… and Is Queen Latifah dating Paula Patton?

“Zootopia” is number one at the box office for a second week, taking in another $50 million. Coming in second was the new “10 Cloverfield Lane” with $25.2 million. “Deadpool” is still doing well after all these weeks, earning another $10.8 million for third place. “London Has Fallen” was fourth with $10.7 million and “Whiskey Tango Foxtrot” rounded out the top five with $4.6 million. The biggest surprise was how badly Sacha Baron Cohen’s new movie flopped. “The Brothers Grimsby” debuted with only $3.2 million and an 8th place finish.

Just enough people loved “Scream Queens” for Fox to bring it back for a second season. Gwyneth Paltrow’s boyfriend, Brad Falchuk, is co-creator of the show, and he joined Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Niecy Nash, Keke Palmer, Abigail Breslin and Billie Lourd at PaleyFest to announce that they are all coming back! Glen Powell — who played Chad Radwell — wasn’t there for the announcement, but according to J-Si, he’s coming back, too.

Richard Simmons has been MIA for the last couple of years, and people started asking the question recently, “What the heck happened to Richard Simmons??” Some have claimed he’s basically being held a hostage in his own home by a controlling housekeeper. But Richard set the record straight by calling Entertainment Tonight Sunday, explaining that he has not been kidnapped. He’s just staying home. He said, “No one should be worried about me. The people that surround me are wonderful people who take great care of me…This is how I want to live my life right now….If I was in any trouble, if I was hurting in any way, I would reach out. It is time right now for Richard Simmons to take care of Richard Simmons.”

Comedienne Julie Klausner went on Twitter Saturday night and called out Zendaya for being painfully thin and setting a bad example for young girls. She tweeted, “You don’t have to have an eating disorder to attend the Kids’ Choice Awards….but it helps!” Zendaya responded, “Do you find this funny? I will write another paragraph to educate you aswell #youreallywannabenext?” By “next,” she’s referring to her feud with Giuliana Rancic who said Zendaya looked like she smelled of patchouli oil and weed. But Julie didn’t back down, going off on Zendaya’s followers who came after her and adding, “I will never stop criticizing celebs who perpetuate dangerous beauty standards for a generation of girls who grow up thinking they’re fat.” So far, no paragraph from Zendaya.

It’s being rumored that Paula Patton is over her divorce from Robin Thicke and has moved on with Queen Latifah! Queen broke up with her longtime girlfriend Eboni Nicholas last fall, but sources told RadarOnline.com that she’s already telling friends that she and Paula have a deep connection and that she hasn’t felt this way about someone in a very long time. But Queen’s rep says this rumor is “absurd.” These two women have actually been friends for years. Queen even threw Paula a baby shower when she was expecting her son, Julian.
