Ed Sheeran’s new album in 2025… Britney Spears has reunited with Bryan… Taylor Swift made history… Brian Austin Green has a stern message… and James Kennedy has been arrested for domestic violence

 

While Ed Sheeran’s single Under the Tree from the new Netflix movie That Christmas dropped last week, it’s been just over a year since he put out a new album. Ed is currently taking a break from his Mathematics Tour, which kicked off in 2022. He’ll pick bak up in late January and wrap it up in September. But Ed told Variety that his next album is not only finished, he’s already filmed two music videos for it and he’ll be filming two more after the new year. Ed didn’t say what the title of his new album will be, but it sounds like he’s moving past the math theme of his last five albums. He told Variety, “It feels like I’m getting back into big pop for the first time in a long time. It’s quite exciting.” Meantime, Ed is launching a new charity called The Ed Sheeran Foundation, which will provide grants, advice, and support to budding musicians.

Britney Spears’ relationship with her youngest son Jayden James is on the mend. And now, it looks like things are getting better with her big brother, too. Last year, it was reported that Britney and Bryan were in contact, but there were still some trust issues there. Last night, Britney shared a new video with her brother Bryan while they were all down in Mexico. She captioned the clip, “It’s almost Christmas !!! Beautiful family !!! Love y’all Psss I’ve actually adored all my brother’s girlfriends I’m closer to some of them more than him!!! I’m sorry but Blaze will forever be my favorite !!!” Who’s Blaze? I don’t know. But I quickly googled “Bryan Spears girlfriend” and the first thing that popped up was a Reddit discussion from the woman who is apparently Bryan’s girlfriend, Amber Lynn Conklin, and she’s going off on Bryan for using Britney for her money and keeping her drugged.

Taylor Swift was 10 for 17 at the 31st Billboard Music Awards last night, setting yet another record. This puts her at 49 BMAs, which set a new record for the most Billboard Music Award wins. Taylor recorded a video apologizing that she couldn’t be there, thanking Billboard and her fans for making this all happen. Why couldn’t she be there? She’s probably exhausted from wrapping up her tour….it was her 35th birthday eve….and Taylor preferred to spend her Thursday night visiting patients at Children’s Mercy Kansas City. You can find lots of photos and videos of her visit online. In one, a little girl told Taylor, “I like Travis now,” and Taylor said, “Yes, me, too. That’s an absolute yes on that one.” And then the little girl asked if Travis was her favorite player, and Taylor said, “Either him or Patrick.”

TMZ ran into Megan Fox’s ex-husband Brian Austin Green yesterday and asked him about her recent split with Machine Gun Kelly. Brian said he hadn’t heard anything about it. The reporter filled Brian in about the rumor Megan found text messages from another woman on MGK’s phone, and Brian threw his head back, rolled his eyes and sighed, “How old is her? He’s in his 30s, isn’t he?” Brian said it’s time for MGK to grow up, especially now that Megan is pregnant with his child. He said it’s really a shame because the three sons he shares with Megan are really happy about having a new baby brother or sister. Brian said he just hopes for “the best outcome” for Megan and their kids, whatever that may be.

Tons of reality stars showed up for Kathy Hilton’s sponsored Christmas party Tuesday night, and now former Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy was among them. A source told Us Weekly that James was “in a mood” on the red carpet and rushed past the press without doing interviews. Later in the night, the source said, “(James’) guy friend was chasing him from Kathy’s basement all the way throughout Kathy’s backyard, and James looked mad while running away. The guy who was chasing him almost fell into the pool and dropped a lantern in the pool causing a huge scene. Everyone was wondering what was going on.” What we’re hearing now is that James allegedly got into a heated argument with a woman and grabbed her, but we don’t know if it was his girlfriend Ally Lewber or another guest. All we do know is that later that night, police went to James’ home and placed him under arrest. He was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and released on $20K bond. Kristen Doute – who dated James from 2014 to 2015 – posted a screenshot of the news on her Instagram, captioning it, “Finally.”
