I don’t know why NBC thinks we keep wanting these live musicals but here we go again. This time it’s “Annie Live!” starring Taraji P. Henson as the cruel Miss Hannigan and Harry Connick Jr. as Daddy Warbucks. The search is still on for the perfect lil’ orphan Annie, but they’re cutting it pretty close because “Annie Live!” is set to air on Dec. 2. If you know a cute kid who might fit the bill, they’re accepting auditions at CastItTalent.com/Annie_Live. Any ethnicity may apply to play the 11-year-old spunky redhead, but she “must have an excellent voice with a strong high belt, great comedic timing and excellent dance skills.”

As the voice of Olaf from the “Frozen” movies, Disney rolls out the red carpet for Josh Gad any time he takes his kids to the parks. Josh said in an interview “[Disney is] very good to me. My kids are so spoiled, it’s not great. It sort of becomes a security thing because I do get a little bombarded…it becomes a safety thing where I’m more worried about [my kids] than I am about me. I actually sometimes won’t take them and make them go with other families so that they know what waiting in line is so that they don’t become so spoiled.”

Speaking of Disneyland, that’s the last place you’d expect to see someone who just pleaded guilty to child endangerment charges. But that’s where Drake Bell wanted to celebrate his 35th birthday on Sunday. Last week, Drake reached a plea deal over an inappropriate relationship he had with a 15-year-old girl and he was 31 at the time. His sentencing is set for July 12 in Cleveland, which is where he eventually met up with the teenager after grooming her online. He faces anywhere from 6 to 18 months in prison. But in the meantime, he’s enjoying his last days of freedom. And now the big question is, who was with Drake at Disneyland. He was walking around with a woman and they were both were wearing wedding bands. AND he was carrying around an itty-bitty baby.

The woman who created the online petition to get James Corden to stop his “Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts” bit on “The Late Late Show” told TMZ that she is now getting death threats. Kim Saira said the foods James considered to be gross are typical foods eaten in a lot of Asian households, which contributed to Asian bullying and hate. When asked about the petition, James said he would make changes to the bit, forcing celebrities to eat high-calorie foods if they don’t tell the truth. But Kim says James needs to do more, including apologizing for putting Asian food in a negative light and donating to Asian-owned businesses and restaurants.

Britney Spears asked the judge to end her conservatorship and said she wants to sue her whole family. Britney’s fans then directed their anger towards members of Britney’s family, including her little sister Jamie Lynn. After being accused one time too many of not supporting her sister and living off of Britney’s money, Jamie Lynn decided to speak up for herself on her Instagram Stories. She explained that the only reason she’d never said anything before was because she felt it wasn’t her place to speak on behalf of Britney. But Jamie Lynn said, “Now that she’s very clearly spoken and said what she needed to say, I feel like I can follow her lead and say what I feel like I need to say.” Jamie Lynn said just because she hasn’t posted some hashtag on her social media doesn’t mean she hasn’t been supporting Britney behind the scenes. And she is so proud that Britney is requesting new counsel because Jamie Lynn’s been advising her to do that for YEARS, “not on a big, public platform, but just in a personal conversation between two sisters.” As far as living off her sister’s money, Jamie Lynn would like us all to know that she’s been working since she was 9 and paying her own bills since she was 10, thank you very much. Also added, “If ending the conservatorship and flying to Mars or whatever hell else she wants to do to be happy, I support that 100 percent because I support my sister. I love my sister, always have, always will, as long as she’s happy. So, let’s keep praying. That’s all.”
