TIME100 Next List… Mark Estes is speaking out after Kristin Cavallari… Luke Bryan on Beyoncé’s CMA Awards snub… Lana Del Rey slams ‘local couple’… and Jax Taylor’s divorce papers are raising some questions

The TIME100 Next list recognizes 100 people from around the world who are rising leaders and influencers in the worlds of music, sports, health, climate, business and more. The youngest on this year’s list is 18-year-old Summer McIntosh — an Olympic swimmer representing Canada. The oldest is 86-year-old Harvard professor and endocrinologist Joel Habener. This year the TIME100 Next list is being released with 3 different covers — one features Sabrina Carpenter from the Next Artists category. Some of the other artists included in that category are singers Victoria Monét and Beabadoobee, Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan, Ashley Park from Emily in Paris and Girls5eva, and Cindy Crawford’s daughter Kaia Gerber. Then there’s a separate Phenoms category, which feels completely random. Some of the people grouped in that category include Shaboozey, Reneé Rapp, Olympic rugby player Ilona Maher and Houston Texas QB CJ Stroud. Cover boy Jaylen Brown – a shooting guard for the Boston Celtics — is in the Advocates category, and the third cover model Aisha Nyandoro is from the Leaders category, which includes Donald’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump.

Kristin Cavallari said she’s the one who ended her 7-month relationship with Montana Boyz TikToker Mark Estes because of their 13-year age gap. She said, “I know that one day he will look back and he will understand it. And I actually think one day he will thank me.” Mark is too broken up to speak for himself, so on his behalf, Mark’s rep released this statement: “Mark has immense love and respect for Kristin and their time together. He’s focused on the future of his business and his project in development with Vice Studios.” And THAT’S a good rep right there — using Mark’s heartbreak to announce his latest project. Yes, Mark and his fellow shirt-hating Montana Boyz Kade Wilcox and Kaleb Winterburn are starring in their very own reality series. The working title is currently just their name, Montana Boyz, and it promises to “capture the former college football stars and Montana born and bred boys as they divide their time between working on the ranch, partying in Music City and looking for love.”

The Beyhive were furious that Beyoncé even though her Cowboy Carter album debut at the top of the charts, she got zero nominations for the CMA Awards. If you remember, Beyoncé was inspired to make this album after performing Daddy Lessons with The Chicks at the 2016 CMAs. She explained on Instagram, “This album has been over five years in the making. It was born out of an experience that I had years ago where I did not feel welcomed…and it was very clear that I wasn’t.” Then she added, “This ain’t a Country album. This is a ‘Beyoncé’ album.” Despite that, not getting a CMA nomination made it clear to the Beyhive that she will never be welcome. However, some big names in country music are coming at this from a different viewpoint. Dolly Parton was on Beyoncé’s album, but defended the CMA voting committee, saying, “There’s so many wonderful country artists that … they probably thought, well, we can’t really leave out some of the ones that spend their whole life doing that.” And Luke Bryan told Andy Cohen, “Everybody loved that Beyoncé made a country album. Nobody’s mad about it. But where things get a little tricky … if you’re gonna make country albums, come into our world and be country with us a little bit….Come to an award show and high-five us, and have fun and get in the family, too. And I’m not saying she didn’t do that. … But country music’s a lot about family.”

Newlywed Lana Del Rey has had it with her nosy neighbor, who won’t stop spying on her and her new husband Jeremy Dufrene. After seeing some video of her and Jeremy on a fan Instagram page, Lana commented, “Unfortunately, a local couple from Houma won’t stop flying drones into our windows every morning and following us with a tracker…But if Sara Michelle Champagne and Kruesch (a famous New Orleans paparazzi) could stop switching vehicles following the family – and stop following us around remote parts of the country and photo shopping my wedding ring into a pearl – I know we would feel a lot safer.” Then Lana added, “All that being said Jeremy is the one and only. And amazing. And we’re very happy.”

Page Six reported yesterday that Jax Taylor went down to the courthouse in LA last month to file divorce papers. Acting on his own, he checked a bunch of boxes, including giving Brittany Cartwright full legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son Cruz and also the box that says he and Brittany were never legally married. WHAT?? What about that big ceremony they had at that castle in Kentucky with Lance Bass performing the ceremony?? Was it all faked for TV?? Or did someone not follow through and file the legal paperwork in time?? Or did Jax just check the wrong box……His rep released a statement saying, “While Jax made errors in filling out forms that are usually done by trained legal professionals, those errors will be amended without delay.” The rep stopped short of saying which errors those were.
