HollywoodLife.com is reporting that Scott was seen driving into the gated community where he used to live with Kourtney and he didn’t leave until the next day. But a source said he was there to watch the kids while Kourtney went out with her girlfriends. And when Kourtney finally got home, Scott had already gone to sleep in a separate bedroom.

It was just announced yesterday that Justin Bieber will perform in the 89th annual parade, which will air on CBS Thanksgiving morning. He’ll join dozens of other performers, including Sean Mendes, Andy Grammer, Prince Royce and Rachel Platten. More than 3.5 million people line the streets of NYC to watch this parade and more than 50 million people are expected to watch on TV.

Don’t you love a judge with a sense of humor? US Magistrate Judge J. Standish has dismissed a lawsuit against Taylor Swift that claimed she stole lyrics for “Shake It Off.” This R&B singer named Jesse Graham claims her lyrics “haters gonna hate” and “players gonna play” were stolen from him and he wanted $42 million plus a writing credit. But the judge dismissed the case, saying, “At present, the Court is not saying that Braham can never, ever, ever get his case back in court. But, for now, we have got problems, and the Court is not sure Braham can solve them. As currently drafted, the Complaint has a blank space – one that requires Braham to do more than write his name. And, upon consideration of the Court’s explanation in Part II, Braham may discover that mere pleading Band-Aids will not fix the bullet holes in his case. At least for the moment, Defendants have shaken off this lawsuit.”

The two of them broke up for a hot minute but got back together in October and have been inseparable ever since. A source told RadarOnline.com that the couple think Casper’s grandmother’s home just outside Ensenada, Mexico, would be the perfect spot for a small, private ceremony. The home was built by Casper’s grandfather and reportedly it’s become one of Jennifer’s favorite places in the world.
