Miss USA winner… Weekend box office news… 50 Cent and Rick Ross drama… Floyd Mayweather’s SUV entourage involved in a motorcycle accident… and John Stamos enters rehab for substance abuse

Congratulations to Miss Oklahoma Olivia Jordan, who won the Miss USA pageant last night in Baton Rouge. First runner up was Miss Texas Ylianna Guerra. Donald Trump was a no-show at the pageant he owns because he was campaigning for president in Phoenix. Because of his recent comments about Mexicans, Mexico is not participating in the Miss Universe pageant later this year.

The “Despicable Me” prequel “Minions” debuted in first place with $115.2 million this weekend, the second-biggest animated opening of all time. “Shrek the Third” holds the record with a $121.6 million debut. Coming in second was “Jurassic World” with $18.1 million, followed by “Inside Out” with $17.1 million.

50 Cent let his issues with Rick Ross get the best of him, and now he has to fork over $5 million to Rick’s baby mama after posting her very personal home movie online and mocking her mercilessly. The jury found that Lavonia Leviston suffered severe emotional distress, which is worth $2.5 million. 50 has to pay another $2.5 million for using Lavonia’s image without her permission. 50 may have to appear in court to disclose his net worth, and the jury will then decide on any additional punitive damages.

Floyd Mayweather and his entourage left a dance club in Kansas City about 3am Sunday, climbing into five SUVs. One of those SUVs hit a man driving a motorcycle, ejecting him from his bike. TMZ posted video footage and it looks like the biker may have clipped the back of one of Mayweather’s cars. We don’t have an update on the biker’s condition.

John Stamos has entered rehab for substance abuse. TMZ is reporting that he’s actually been there for more than 2 weeks now. According to their sources, John checked in a couple weeks after he was busted for DUI in Beverly Hills.
