Bachelorette spoiler…Real Housewives drama… Channing Tatum’s dance competition… Nick Cannon released a song… and Justin Bieber cancels tour meet-and-greets
There are so many spoilers to the Bachelor and Bachelorette, that the show’s creator is even starting to get in on it. Mike Fleiss tweeted that new Bachelorette JoJo is taking this very seriously and that she’s kissed three guys so far. And according to “Us Weekly,” she’s really hitting it off with one guy in particular — Jordan Rodgers, who is the younger brother of NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers. JoJo took him on a private date that involved a private plane. Duh. The new season premieres on May 23.
There’s some casting drama going on a couple Real Housewives shows. After one season, Kim Fields realized being on RHOA was a bad decision on her part and she will not be returning. A source told RadarOnline that Bravo execs aren’t happy with Beverly Hills newbie Kathryn Edwards and she won’t be back. They’re reportedly testing replacements. And it looks like they’re getting tired of the Richards sisters. Kim took the season off to deal with her sobriety, but without Kim, Kyle doesn’t have a lot to do. And a source says, “The whole situation with the sibling drama between Kyle and Kim is getting old.”
You may think that they’ve exhausted every idea for dance competition shows, but Channing Tatum begs to differ. He will appear and executive produce a six-episode series for NBC that is described as a “fresh take” on dance competitions. Seriously? What else can they do?? Channing’s wife Jenna Dewan Tatum will serve as a judge and mentor. And at this point, that’s all we know.
Last week, Nick Cannon released a song called “Oh Well” and most everybody on the planet assumed it was a diss track about Mariah Carey. With lyrics like, “Baby girl, don’t cry / I won’t lie / Our relationship was alive/But, baby, some die / I guess we parted, that’s all / Oh well” who can blame us?? But Nick went on a bit of a Twitter rant yesterday, saying that “someone releases one of my Character pieces from a film and media outlets flock to it making up stories about my ex…The devil is busy!” He added, “Sorry to disappoint the bottom feeders but you won’t be hearing any diss records from me unless it’s about the GOVERNMENT! LOL. How many times do I have to reiterate @MariahCarey and I are super cool! Stop trying to create negativity, we will never subscribe to it. We are both VERY happy and have both moved on, so all the outlets reaching for gossip, it’s not 2014 anymore. Do your jobs better! #OldNews.”
Justin Bieber announced on Instagram yesterday that he is canceling meet-and-greets with the fans because they are draining him emotionally and spiritually and leaving him depressed. But fans who paid $2000 for these VIP packages got the following message: “Why was the meet and greet for the I’ll Show You VIP Package cancelled? During a recent show, there was a security concern that caused our team to have to meet and re-think how meet and greets were handled. This is a new tour with new venues almost every night and still a changing process, but we have decided for the time being that this is our best course of action. We are letting everyone affected know, are offering refunds, and are also offering the alternative of a VIP hangout where both pics and videos can be taken of Justin, just no longer a group pic with him.
