Rita Ora has split from DJ Calvin Harris… Kris Jenner admits that “dating” Ben Flajnik was all a publicity stunt… Trace Adkins beat up an impersonator… Oscar nominations were announced… and Justin Bieber could be deported
After 9 months of dating, Rita Ora has split from DJ Calvin Harris. Things seemed to be going very well for them at first, but their careers kept them more and more apart. Yesterday, she posted on Instagram, “Have you ever wondered which hurts the most: Saying something & wishing you had not, or saying nothing and wishing you had?” Well, whatever was or wasn’t said, Rita and Calvin are over. She even unfollowed him, so you KNOW she means it.
Kris Jenner admits that “dating” Ben Flajnik was all a publicity stunt to keep her name out there and keep the Kardashian empire going. Well, at least that’s according to her sister, Karen Houghton, who blabs to any gossip magazine that’ll cut her a check. Karen told “In Touch” magazine that she texted Kris to ask if she and Ben were really dating and Kris admitted that it was more of a “business deal.” Another source told the magazine that everyone in Kris’ circle is joking that she’s going to leak a sex tape with Ben to get even more attention. After all, it worked for Kim, right?
Trace Adkins was headlining a 7-day country music cruise that left Miami Monday morning. By Monday night, Trace reportedly was completely wasted and ended up beating up a Trace Adkins impersonation who was singing in the ship’s karaoke bar. It was a hot mess. And when the ship arrived at its first destination in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Trace got off the boat and headed straight to rehab.
The 2014 Oscar nominations were announced this morning. “American Hustle” and “Gravity” led the pack with ten nominations each, followed by “12 Years a Slave” with nine. All three of those are up for Best Picture, along with “The Wolf of Wall Street,” “Captain Phillips,” “Dallas Buyers Club,” “Her,” “Nebraska,” and “Philomena.” Up for Best Actor are Christian Bale for “American Hustle,” Leonardo DiCaprio for “The Wolf of Wall Street,” Bruce Dern for “Nebraska,” Chiwetel Ejiofor for “12 Years a Slave,” and Matthew McConaughey for “Dallas Buyers Club.” The Best Actress nominees are Amy Adams for “American Hustle,” Cate Blanchett for “Blue Jasmine,” Sandra Bullock for “Gravity,” Dame Judi Dench for “Philomena,” and Meryl Streep for “August: Osage County.”
When police officers raided Justin Bieber’s home to search for evidence in the egging incident, they snatched his cellphone right out of his hands. There’s a chance that some incriminating texts could be on there. Maybe Justing bragged about the egging to one of his friends, right? But sources told TMZ that Justin’s more worried about drug discussions and references than anything else. Plus, the sources say there are some naked photos on his phone, but we don’t know if they’re of him or someone else. But RadarOnline is reporting that Justin should be more worried about deportation. IF he’s charged AND convicted of felony vandalism, he could be sent back to Canada.
