Julie Chen’s new sign off… John Legend joins “The Voice”… Sara Gilbert is super stressed… Dua Lipa shows support for her fans… and Justin Bieber & Hailey Baldwin at marriage license courthouse

After more women accused Les Moonves of sexual misconduct, he was forced to resign as CEO of CBS. His wife Julie Chen said she was taking some time off from “The Talk” to be with her family, but said that she would still be there to host “Big Brother” on Thursday night. When the first round of allegations came out in July, Julie tweeted, “I have known my husband, Leslie Moonves, since the mid-90s, and I have been married to him for almost 14 years. Leslie is a good man and loving father, devoted husband and inspiring corporate leader. He has always been a kind, decent and moral human being. I fully support my husband and stand by him and his statement.” She said on “The Talk” that her tweet would be the only and only statement she would EVER make about the situation. However, Julie did make a big statement last night. For the first time in Big Brother’s 20-season history, Julie signed off as “Julie Chen Moonves.”

We haven’t even gotten into Season 15 of “The Voice,” but we’re already looking ahead to Season 16. It was just announced that John Legend will be a coach in Season 16, taking over the seat now being filled by Jennifer Hudson. John will spin alongside Blake Shelton, Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson. Season 15 with Jennifer begins September 24.

“The Conners” minus Roseanne debuts on October 16, but RadarOnline.com says Sara Gilbert is super stressed about it. A source says filming isn’t going as well as everyone had hoped, and that Sara feels like the entire fate of the show is falling on her. The source said, “No one is quite sure how the audience will respond, and it is not awful by any means…But they all know that the whole world will be watching the premiere episode to find out how they kill off Roseanne’s character. They’re just hoping that the audience will stick with them during the transition.”

Dua Lipa was left in tears and says she was horrified after watching security guards forcibly remove a number of fans from her Shanghai concert. What were they doing wrong? Standing. Dancing. Waving LGBTQ flags. When she saw what was happening, Dua got very upset and told the crowd, “I want us all to dance. I want us all to sing, I want us all to just have a really good time. … I would love in these last few songs for us to really, really, really enjoy ourselves. How about that?” But that’s exactly what they CAN’T do in China. After the show, Dua posted a message for her fans in Shanghai: “Last night I did it for my fans. A promised show. I stood by them, sang with them and danced with them. I will stand by you all for your love and beliefs and I am proud and grateful that you felt safe enough to show your pride at my show. What you did takes a lot of bravery. I always want my music to bring strength, hope and unity. I was horrified by what happened and I send love to all my fans involved. I would love to come back for my fans when the time is right and hopefully see a room full of rainbows. I love you Shanghai xx”

Are they married? Or they about to be married? And why is he crying all the time? These are questions for which we don’t have answers. But Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin walked into the Marriage Bureau in NYC yesterday. One witness says Justin was crying as he looked at Hailey and said, “I can’t wait to marry you, baby.” And then he was overheard telling a court official, “Thanks for keeping it on the DL.” Keeping WHAT on the DL? The fact that they got a license? The fact that they went ahead and got married? There is a 24-hour waiting period for a marriage license to be valid in NY, but that waiting period can be waived by a judge. Did that happen? And if they just got the marriage license, it will only be valid for 60 calendar dates from the date it was issued. That means Justin and Hailey need to get married by November 13 or the license will expire.
