A week before she left him, Lala Kent told Page Six, she is completely aware that her relationship with movie producer Randall Kent makes zero sense. But they got engaged three years ago and were supposed to get married last year, but COVID. They did, however, make a baby. Little Ocean is now 7-months-old. But on Sunday, Lala left Randall. There were pictures all over the internet of him hanging out with a couple of women in Nashville. She liked someone’s Instagram post about Randall cheating on her and then either archived or deleted him from her own Instagram page. Then — because it’s all about the ‘gram — Lala posted an Instagram Story of her friends moving her and her baby girl into the Beverly Hills Hotel while Beyoncé’s “Sorry” plays in the background.

If you’re a huge “Squid Game” fan, you may want to check out Netflix’s next offering from South Korea…”My Name” is an 8-episode drama about a young woman who joins a drug ring to avenge the death of her father. She then joins the police force as a mole for the drug syndicate, all while still trying to seek revenge on the men who killed her dad. Get in on “My Name” early because you want to look cool. Meantime, “Squid Game” is still the biggest show in Netflix history, and is estimated to be worth almost $900M for the streaming platform.

In 2005, Jessica Simpson took a step back from singing and acting to launch the Jessica Simpson Collection with her mom, Tina. That company is now valued at $1B. Ten years later, a company called Sequential Brands became majority shareholders in the company, with Jessica and Tina still owning a 37.5% stake. But back in August, Sequential Brands filed for bankruptcy. Since then, Jessica and Tina have been negotiating to buy back control of the company. In fact, it was reported in September that Jessica offered $65M to buy the brand back at auction. But finally yesterday, it happened. We don’t know the details, but Jessica fully owns her company once again. She released a statement saying, “It means the absolute world to me to be able to take over complete ownership of my brand. After 16 years in business, I feel ready to meet this next exciting phase with open arms. I know the sky is the limit when my mom, our incredible team and I lock into our customers completely.”

Last year, Harry Styles put on a dress, posed for a few pictures, and became the first man to be on the cover of “Vogue” magazine. A lot of people loved it, but a lot of people didn’t. Billy Porter falls into the “didn’t love it” category. In an interview with the “Sunday Times,” Billy got it ALL off his chest, because, basically, that should have been him on the cover. Billy has been wearing dresses on red carpets for years. He said, “I changed the whole game. And that is not ego, that is just fact. I was the first one doing it and now everybody is doing it…I feel like the fashion industry has accepted me because they have to. I’m not necessarily convinced, and here is why: I created the conversation, and yet Vogue still put Harry Styles, a straight white man, in a dress on their cover for the first time.” He didn’t stop there. Billy said, “I’m not dragging Harry Styles, but he is the one you’re going to try and use to represent this new conversation? He doesn’t care, he’s just doing it because it’s the thing to do. This is politics for me. This is my life. I had to fight my entire life to get to the place where I could wear a dress to the Oscars and not be gunned down. All he has to do is be white and straight.” However, Billy still insists he’s not mad at the man, he’s just mad at the situation. And SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!! Harry Styles is in the new movie “Eternals” playing Thanos’ brother, Eros.

Back in 2018, Kanye West tweeted, “the being formally known as Kanye West…I am YE.” Three years later, it’s legal. Kanye Omari West has officially and legally changed his name to just Ye. No middle or last name. Just Ye. He filed the paperwork a couple months ago and the judge signed off on it yesterday. Ye said he did this for “personal reasons.” Even though she’s in the process of divorcing him, Kim Kardashian is still holding on to the last name, as well as their four children.
