It’s National School Walkout today… Prince died of an accidental overdose… Kim Kardashian announced Dash stores closing… Kanye West has two new albums… and Khloe Kardashian has kicked Tristan Thompson out

Students from more than 2500 schools across the country are taking part in the National School Walkout today, which happens to be the anniversary of the Columbine High School shootings in 1999. The walkouts are scheduled to start at 10am in each time zone, and students are expected to leave their classrooms and observe a moment of silence for shooting victims. National School Walkout Day was the brainchild of 16-year-old Lane Murdock from Ridgefield, CT. She said she did it because she was disturbed by her own reaction to the February school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida. She said, “When I found out about the shooting at MSD, I remember I didn’t have a huge reaction. And because of that, I knew I needed to change myself, and we needed to change this country.” She added, “We should be horrified, and we’re not anymore. It’s American culture.”

Can you believe it’s been two years since Prince died?? Yesterday, Carver County attorney Mark Metz said that no criminal charges will be filed in relation to his death. Prince died of an accidental fentanyl overdose after taking counterfeit Vicodin pills that were laced with fentanyl. The attorney said Prince had no idea he was taking a counterfeit pill that would kill him. And because there’s no evidence showing how Prince got those counterfeit pills or from whom, they can’t file any criminal charges in the case.

Kim Kardashian announced on her app yesterday, “After nearly 12 years, my sisters and I have decided to close the doors of our Dash stores…..We know in our hearts that it’s time to move on.” The original Dash opened in Calabasas back in 2006, before moving to West Hollywood. The sisters opened Dash boutiques in Miami and New York, which closed its doors a year and a half ago. E! even did a show called “Dash Dolls.” But that’s enough of that. Kim, by the way, is working on her own intimates and shape wear line. It should be out by the end of the year.

Kanye West tweeted that he’s putting out two new albums this summer. He said one album is seven songs and it will be released on June 1. The second will be released on June 8, and this is a project Kanye has with Kid Cudi, and they’re going by the name Kids See Ghost.

Khloe Kardashian has kicked Tristan Thompson out of his own house! A source told RadarOnline.com that Tristan is staying in a Cleveland hotel until Khloe figures out what she wants. As of right now, the source says Khloe’s plan is to take her baby True and move back to LA. And she’s reportedly told Tristan that he has to stay somewhere else in LA if he wants to visit their child, so he’s looking for something to rent near Khloe’s LA home.
