I don’t know if it’s possible for anybody to feel sorry for her, but “Dance Moms” star Abby Lee Miller has been indicted on 20 counts of fraud. She’s accused of hiding more than $755K in earnings from her reality show. If she’s found guilty, she could face up to 5 years in prison and more than $5 million in fines.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann has announced she’s doing a 20-city motivational speaking tour. Fans of her show “Don’t Be Tardy” saw her freaking out when she had to give a speech at the Atlanta Women’s Expo. In fact, she told her assistant to turn down any further speaking requests because it just gave her too much anxiety. But Kim got so much positive feedback from her fans that now she’s decided to do this huge speaking tour.

Adam Levine has lots of ideas. His latest is based on Maroon 5’s “Sugar” video, where the band popped up at all these wedding receptions to surprise the bride and groom with a performance. Adam wants to do a TV show where celebrities work with a team of improv experts to surprise people at special events in their lives. NBC loved the idea and they’ve ordered a pilot episode of what’s now being called “The Untitled Adam Levine Show.”

We found out yesterday that Scott Disick checked himself into the luxury drug and rehab center, Cliffside Malibu, over the weekend. Reportedly, Scott made the decision after Kourtney Kardashian gave him an ultimatum — get help or your drunk butt won’t see your three kids. Scott’s always enjoyed over-imbibing, but things got worse after he lost both his parents within months of each other. And then sources say, after the birth of his third child, he simply became overwhelmed.

Khloe Kardashian has flown in Lamar Odom’s father and children to be by his side. A source close to the family told “People” magazine that they’re pretty sure this is goodbye, but they’re still praying for a miracle. Khloe hasn’t left Lamar’s side since she arrived. Even though the paperwork to end their marriage was signed in July, it still hasn’t been processed in the court system, so she’s still legally his wife, and therefore, making all the medical decisions. A source told “People” that doctors did find cocaine and opiates in Lamar’s system and he’s had a couple of strokes in the hospital.
