Kid Cudi Checks Himself Into Rehab For “Depression & Suicidal Urges”

“Dancing With the Stars” spoiler… Tori Spelling is expecting… Kanye’s nervous breakdown?… Demi Lovato defends herself… and Kid Cudi checks himself into rehab for “depression & suicidal urges”

A LOT happened during last night’s “Dancing With the Stars” live results show. First, pro dancers Sasha Farber and Emma Slater got engaged. Coming back from a commercial break, they performed a passionate contemporary dance routine and then Sasha dropped down on one knee and popped the question. But then came the bad news — it was a double elimination night. SPOILER ALERT!!! Babyface and Vanilla Ice were both sent home.

Sasha Farber proposes to Emma Slater.

If we all waited until we could afford it to have a baby, we’d never have one, right? She may owe hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes and unpaid American Express bills, but so what! Tori Spelling is expecting baby number 5! She and Dean McDermott recently celebrated 10 years of marriage — a marriage that almost ended after his affair in 2013. But through therapy, they’ve worked it all out, obviously. And Tori told “Us Weekly,” “This baby happened at the best time. Nothing is ever perfect, but I’m so madly in love with my husband and with our kids. The idea of adding to that is such a blessing.”

Is there a silver lining to the armed robbery of Kim Kardashian? I mean, at least it’s taken Kanye’s mind off last month’s disastrous showing at New York Fashion Week, right? But oh, it was bad. How bad was it? So bad that a source told Page Six that Kanye had a nervous breakdown after the show and had his agent fire all 30 of his staff. The source says Kanye also got rid of his phone so people could only contact him by email. Another source said that while Kanye wasn’t happy, he did not have a nervous breakdown. The source admitted that some people were let go and some were moved back to the music side of things. And as far as throwing away his cell phone, the source said, “If he did, then it’s not the first time. He always does that.”

Demi Lovato knew it was going to get her into trouble, but she said it anyway. In an interview with “Glamour” magazine, Demi threw some shade at Taylor Swift and her squad, saying their bodies weren’t normal or real. And then she referred to her video dissing Katy Perry, saying “that’s not women’s empowerment.” So Demi shouldn’t have been surprised when her social media exploded with people defending Taylor. Demi defended herself, though, tweeting, “I get asked questions. I answer them. Sue me. Also don’t forget that words can be taken out of context when doing interviews.. still not apologizing for saying what everyone want to say.” Demi also said that she’s excited for the upcoming year and that she’ll be taking a break from music and the spotlight because she’s “not meant for this business and the media.”

Kid Cudi has checked himself into rehab to deal with depression and suicidal urges. In a lengthy Facebook message to his fans, he wrote, “Its been difficult for me to find the words to what Im about to share with you because I feel ashamed. Ashamed to be a leader and hero to so many while admitting I’ve been living a lie.” He said he realized that if he didn’t get help, he would’ve done something to himself. He wrote, “Theres a ragin violent storm inside of my heart at all times. Idk what peace feels like. Idk how to relax. My anxiety and depression have ruled my life for as long as I can remember and I never leave the house because of it. I cant make new friends because of it. I dont trust anyone because of it and Im tired of being held back in my life. I deserve to have peace. I deserve to be happy and smiling. Why not me?” He promised, though, that his new album is still on the way. He just needs to take care of this first. He finished his post saying, “Love and light to everyone who has love for me and I am sorry if I let anyone down. I really am sorry. Ill be back, stronger, better. Reborn. I feel like (BLANK), I feel so ashamed. Im sorry. I love you, Scott Mescudi”
