Lady Gaga has had to pull out of the Rock in Rio music festival in Brazil because she’s been hospitalized with severe pain. She tweeted yesterday, “…It’s not simply hip pain or wear & tear from tour, I’m in severe pain. I’m in good hands w/ the very best doctors.” This may have to do with her fibromyalgia, which Gaga tweeted about on Tuesday, saying it will be part of her upcoming Netflix documentary, “Gaga: Five Foot Two.”

Kelly Clarkson despises Dr. Luke. She’s says it’s not for the same reasons Kesha hates him because that wasn’t her experience, but still, Kelly says he’s a horrible person. In fact, Kelly says she gave up hundreds of thousands — and possibly millions — of dollars because she didn’t want her name written next to his. Kelly said her label forced her to work with Dr. Luke on her 2009 song “My Life Would Suck Without You.” She said she begged them not to make her work with him. She literally said, “ANYONE in the world but this one person. I will work with anyone you want to put in my path.” But they forced her to do it and then when she changed up the song and offered her the writing credit, she refused. She said, “I don’t want my name near his. I want to pretend this didn’t happen in my life and I want to forget it.” Despite the fact that her decision could’ve cost her millions in royalties, she said, “I was making a point to the people working with me, going, ‘This is how much I didn’t want to do this.’ I don’t care about the money. I don’t care about, ‘Oh, you’re going to be the most famous person if you do this.’ That’s not what holds weight in my life.”

OK! magazine is reporting that John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s marriage is on the rocks. Their source says the two of them have been in therapy after fighting nonstop for six months. Reportedly, one of the things they fight about is Chrissy’s fertility issues. She went through IVF to have their daughter, Luna, and the source says trying for baby number two is taking a toll on Chrissy emotionally. And you know how Chrissy said she was cutting WAY back on the drinking? The source says that even though John has publicly supported his wife’s choice to cut out the alcohol, the damage has been done.

After 8 years of marriage, Fergie and Josh Duhamel are calling it quits. They released a joint statement to People magazine saying they’d actually separated earlier this year, but wanted to give their family “the best opportunity to adjust” and “keep this a private matter before sharing it with the public.” They have one son together, 4-year-old Axl. Fergie and Josh were married in January 2009 and 10 months later, he was caught cheating with a stripper in Atlanta. But Fergie found a way to forgive her man for that transgression, so what caused them to fall apart now?

How about this for a curve ball?? Naughty Gossip is reporting that Kim Kardashian is being considered as a judge on American Idol! Ryan Seacrest reportedly is the one pushing for Kim, and with time running out before filming is set to begin, ABC may just go with Ryan on this one. One source said, “Promotion and social media are now just as important to being a successful artist as singing, and no one knows that world better than Ryan’s friend Kim.” The source added, “People might moan at first that she doesn’t have experience with music, but they did the same thing when Heidi Klum joined the panel at America’s Got Talent. At least Kim is from the USA and she certainly knows how to make great TV.” Ryan reportedly is worried that if they just go back to what they did before, Idol will feel dated. But adding Kim would be a game-changer.
