Showbiz Top 5: Kim Kardashian sues YouTube co-founder for leaking Kanye West proposal video

Gabrielle Union got a sparkly surprise from boyfriend Dwyane Wade… Lady Gaga to host and musical guest on ‘SNL’… Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson meet again, five months after split… Kanye West ‘YEEZUS’ tour postponed… and Kim Kardashian sues YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley for leaking Kanye West proposal video

Right after the NBA champion Miami Heat’s home opener against the Chicago Bulls and before he hopped on a plane to fly off to Philadelphia, Dwyane Wade rushed over to Hyde Lounge to surprise his girlfriend, Gabrielle Union, who was celebrating her 41st birthday. Reportedly, Dwyane walked in with a little gift-wrapped box, which he opened with Gabrielle. And then….he put a ring on it! An NBA championship ring. And with that, the dude ran out to catch his flight. They said he only stayed, like, five minutes.

Kerry Washington hosts “Saturday Night Live” this weekend with special musical guest, Eminem. Lady Gaga has been on “SNL” a couple of times already as the musical guest, but NBC announced yesterday that for the first time, Gaga will host SNL. That’s coming up in just two weeks, on November 16, and Gaga will serve as both host and musical guest. How. About. THAT. And also coming up is another first timer — Josh Hutcherson from “The Hunger Games.” The day after “Catching Fire” opens on November 22, Josh will host on the 23rd, with musical guest HAIM.

Why the heck would he go there again???? Five months after they broke up, sources say Robert Pattinson invited Kristen Stewart to come over to his place on Wednesday! Kristen was spotted pulling up to his house in her truck. She stayed there for about THREE HOURS and then left in her pickup, with Robert following behind in his Jeep. According to a source, it looked like they were headed to Kristen’s place, but once they realized they were being followed by paparazzi, they broke off into different directions and Kristen just went home. A source told “Us Weekly” that Rob is still obsessed with Kristen and wouldn’t be surprised if they ended up back together.

I guess you could say that Kanye West’s “Yeezus” tour isn’t going as well as everyone hoped. He canceled his show in Vancouver last night for the second time. He was first supposed to play there on October 20, but pushed it back to Halloween night. But last night’s show was canceled, too, only this time, we don’t know when he’ll make good. According to TMZ, one of the trucks carrying some of Kanye’s stage equipment got into an accident, damaging a custom-made video truss and a 60-foot circular LED screen beyond repair. And since Kanye has told his people that these pieces are “so central to the creative vision” that he has, it’s impossible to put on the show. A source told TMZ that Kanye will not compromise on his vision, so not only did he cancel in Vancouver, he’s postponed his shows in Anaheim, Denver and Minneapolis until new set pieces are built.

The culprit has been identified and he is being sued! Chad Hurley is the man who not only co-founded YouTube and sold it to Google for $1.65 billion, he’s also the man who secretly videoed Kanye West’s proposal to Kim Kardashian and posted it online. And now Kim has filed a lawsuit for unspecified damages, saying that Chad — who wasn’t even invited but managed to get in any way — signed a confidentiality agreement and broadcast “images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else.” And a side note:  Remember how Kanye had the orchestra play Kim’s favorite song “Young & Beautiful” by Lana Del Rey? Kanye actually asked Lana to perform the song herself, but Lana politely declined.
