Jermaine Jackson is being ordered to pay back child support or go to jail. The LA County Child Support Services Department has filed papers asking a judge to hold Jermaine in contempt, which could send him away for 20 days. Reportedly, he’s required to pay Alejandra Jackson $3000 a month to support their sons, 17-year-old Jaafar and 13-year-old Jermajesty. TMZ has obtained the court documents showing that he’s now $12K behind, which is actually better than in years past. In 2011, Jermaine was $80K behind, and earlier this year, he caught up on another $33K in late payments.

Kelly Clarkson may have wanted to elope with just her man and his kids, but she also wants her fans to share in the love and romance. She uploaded a quick little wedding video on her Twitter yesterday, set to the music of Patty Griffin’s “Heavenly Day.” It shows where she and Brandon Blackstock were married and even includes footage of the actual ceremony.

But what kind of “friends and family” discount did he and Lorraine work out? Sources say he paid less than $500K.
