America’s favorite TV shows… “Fifty Shades of Grey” had its premiere in Berlin… Kanye West and Taylor Swift will work together… Bobbi Kristina Brown update… and Kris Jenner dropping last name
Harris Poll recently surveyed Americans of all ages, both sexes (there’s still only two, right?) and political affiliations, asking which current TV show is your FAVORITE. The number one choice is “NCIS.” That’s followed by “The Big Bang Theory,” “The Walking Dead,” “Scandal,” and “Game of Thrones.” The rest of the top ten are “The Good Wife” and “The Blacklist” tied in sixth; “Modern Family”; “Blue Bloods”; and “Criminal Minds.” It should be noted that this poll was taken in January before “Empire” hit the air and started picking up steam week after week.
“Fifty Shades of Grey” had its premiere in Berlin last night and the reviews weren’t great there, just like they haven’t been everywhere else. In fact, critics are spanking the movie harder than Christian spanks Anastasia. The biggest complaint? Not enough sex! Audiences and critics are finding Jamie Dornan “wooden” and “gloomy.” But critics have been kinder to Dakota Johnson, saying she’s the one bright spot in the film.
Kanye West told Ryan Seacrest that not only has Taylor Swift forgiven for interrupting her acceptance speech at the VMAs all those years ago, they’re actually going into the recording studio together. He said, “Yeah, she wants to get in the studio and we’re definitely going to go in. Any artist with an amazing point of view, perspective, fan base, I’m down to get in the studio and work.”
Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family has not taken her off life support. In fact, her Aunt Leolah — Bobby Brown’s sister — told a reporter that she’s opened her eyes in the hospital and the family still believes she can recover. She also believes that Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend Nick Gordon will be charged in the incident. And if she doesn’t make it, Leolah believes he should be charged with murder. Nick has not been charged in the incident. In fact, he’s the one who performed CPR on Bobbi Kristina until paramedics arrived. The entire incident is still under investigation.
Bruce Jenner has already taped his interview with Diane Sawyer and “Us Weekly” is reporting that he reveals to her the name he wants to be called when he makes the transition to living life as a woman. As far as his ex-wife Kris Jenner, she’s thinking of doing a little name change herself. A source told RadarOnline.com that Kris thinks changing it to Kardashian would backfire on her, so she’s considering dropping her last name altogether. Yes, like Cher, Bono, and Madonna before her, Kris is joining the One Name Club…at least, professionally.
