SXSW cancelled… Pete was a no-show… Ben Affleck & Ana de Armas take romantic trip… Post Malone says he doesn’t need an intervention… and Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott are reportedly dating again

In case you missed the big news, SXSW has been canceled. With all the major media sponsors backing out, and with music label executives advising their employees not to attend, they felt they had no choice. In the official statement it said, “This is the first time in 34 years that the March event will not take place. We are working through the ramifications of this unprecedented situation. As recently as Wednesday, Austin Public Health stated: ‘there’s no evidence that closing SXSW or any other gathering will make the community safer.’ However, this situation evolved rapidly, and we honor and respect the City of Austin’s decision. We are committed to do our part to help protect our staff, attendees, and fellow Austinites.” This is a huge blow to local businesses because so many of them count on the money generated by SXSW to stay afloat. So here’s the deal. UNOFFICIALLY, a music festival IS happening in Austin. Local business owners are rallying together to make it happen, and a lot of independent artists are still planning to show up and perform. At Kick Butt Coffee, for instance, they’ve got 80 acts performing over the next 13 days. The bar owner says, look, “Wash your hands, don’t touch your face, don’t shake other people’s hands and come see some great live music.” Facebook groups are popping up trying to help vendors sell the items they ordered in bulk for the festival, too. Last week, Pete Davidson skipped the SNL afterparty and this week, he skipped altogether. A couple weeks ago, Pete did an interview and talked about how bad things had gotten for him on the show. He said, “I’m literally painted out to be this big dumb idiot,” and “I personally think I should be done with that show because they make fun of me on it.”

His divorce from Jennifer Garner may be his biggest regret, but life goes on for Ben Affleck. And apparently, he’s moved on with “Knives Out” star Ana de Armas. The two of them play husband and wife in the upcoming psychological thriller, “Deep Water,” and sparks flew. The two of them have been vacationing together in Ana’s native country, Cuba.

A video of Post Malone stumbling and falling during a concert had a lot of his fans worried about his health and speculating that he’s doing drugs. Posty decided to set the record straight during his concert in Memphis on Friday. He said, flat out, “I’m not on drugs and I feel the best I’ve ever (BLANKING) felt in my life.” He assured everyone that all the stuff he does on stage is simply part of the show. He added, “But for anyone that’s concerned here, I appreciate the love and the support, but I feel (BLANKING) fantastic and I’m not doing drugs.”

According to Entertainment Tonight, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are officially back on, and they have been for about a month! Their source says Kylie and Travis “always had love and respect for one another but took a break last year because they both had so much going on…Kylie exploded in the makeup world and was busy making a billion dollar business and Travis was on tour and working on music.” The source says things haven’t slowed down, but they’re able to handle it all better now. And ultimately, they just want their family back together.
