A new series of “Star Wars” movies… Rob Gronkowski was robbed… Drake is feeling charitable… Will Jay-Z pay off a love child?… and Kylie Jenner unveils her daughter’s full name
Disney and Lucasfilm announced yesterday that the guys who created “Game of Thrones” will write and produce a new series of “Star Wars” movies. But David Benioff and D.B. Weiss’ movies will be completely separate from “The Last Jedi” director Rian Johnson’s upcoming trilogy and J.J. Abrams’ Skywalker saga. David and D.B. released a statement saying, “In the summer of 1977 we traveled to a galaxy far, far away, and we’ve been dreaming of it ever since. We are honored by the opportunity, a little terrified by the responsibility, and so excited to get started as soon as the final season of Game of Thrones is complete.”
Not only did Rob Gronkowski not win the Super Bowl, while he was playing in the big game, his house was robbed! TMZ Sports got the tape of the 911 call Rob made Monday night. He said, “This isn’t an emergency … this is just uh, Rob Gronkowski calling. And while I was gone, my whole house got robbed while on the Super Bowl trip and I just got back.” According to the police report, the robbers broke in through a window and raided several rooms. Now Rob’s bedroom door was locked so the burglars didn’t get in there, but Rob has two roommates and both of their rooms were ransacked. This leads to the obvious questions: Why does Rob Gronkowski have roommates? And does he not trust them enough to leave his bedroom door unlocked?
Drake is feeling exceptionally charitable lately. First, he donated $25K to a Miami high school and said he’ll help design their new school uniforms. Second, he gave a $50K scholarship to a University of Miami student. And yesterday, Drake stopped by a grocery store in Miami, asked the staff to close the doors, and then told the 60 or so shoppers inside that he was paying their grocery bills! One customer’s cart was filled with $754 worth of stuff, so obviously they were just shoving stuff in there once they heard what Drake was doing.
RadarOnline.com is reporting that Jay-Z will pay off a love child to stop him from going public because he’s afraid the scandal could trigger Beyonce to divorce him. Twenty-four-year-old Rymir Satterthwaite has claimed in a class action lawsuit that Jay-Z is his daddy. Radar says Jay-Z has been battling to keep Rymir quiet since 2010 — two years after he married Beyonce. He’s been dodging demands for a paternity test and his lawyers have done everything they can think of to make Rymir go away and a voice a lawsuit. The source claims, “Jay is finally having to face that his only way out is to take the DNA test and admit he’s the father — or settle out of court.”
