Lamar Odom Says Khloé Kardashian ‘Beat’ A Stripper

Moby released his memoir… Kendall Jenner said she’d marry Ben Simmons… Wrangler has collaborated with Lil Nas X… Drake’s courtside behavior… and Lamar Odom says Khloé Kardashian ‘beat’ a stripper

Moby released his memoir, Then It Fell Apart, a couple weeks ago. In it, he talks about how almost 20 years ago, he met a then 20-year-old Natalie Portman backstage and after she flirted with him, they dated for a short time. That would make Moby 36 at the time. Moby said he was actually relieved when Natalie called him after a couple of weeks and told him she’d met someone else because he would never have to reveal to her how damaged he is. So Natalie caught wind of this book excerpt and said, HOLD UP. She told “Harper’s Bazaar U.K.” that, first of all, she met Moby backstage when she was 18, not 20. Yes, she was a fan of his music and I’m sure she was tickled when Moby said to her, “Let’s be friends.” But Natalie realized pretty quickly that he was an “older man being creepy” with her and that was the end of that. She’s also upset with the publishers for not fact-checking with her before they allowed this to go in the book. But Moby is defending his recollection of events, posting a picture of the two of them on his Instagram. He’s shirtless with his arm wrapped around Natalie. He captioned it, “I recently read a gossip piece wherein Natalie Portman said that we’d never dated. This confused me, as we did, in fact, date. And after briefly dating in 1999 we remained friends for years. I like Natalie, and I respect her intelligence and activism. But, to be honest, I can’t figure out why she would actively misrepresent the truth about our(albeit brief)involvement. The story as laid out in my book Then It Fell Apart is accurate, with lots of corroborating photo evidence, etc.

Thanks, Moby

Ps I completely respect Natalie’s possible regret in dating me(to be fair, I would probably regret dating me, too), but it doesn’t alter the actual facts of our brief romantic history”

He’s getting slammed in the comments.

Kendall Jenner just told “Vogue Australia” that “maybe” she’d marry Ben Simmons “one day.” Now Us Weekly and pretty much everybody else is reporting that they’ve broken up again. A source says it wasn’t exactly sudden and that things have just “wound down between them.” Kendall and Ben started dating in May of last year, breaking up four months later. They had another go at it, but things obviously haven’t worked out.

The folks at Wrangler jeans know a marketing opportunity when they see one. Inspired by the success of “Old Town Road,” Wrangler has collaborated with Lil Nas X on a denim line, which features the lyrics from “Old Town Road,” “Wrangler on my booty.” They’re available now on the Wranglers website. Not everyone is happy about this. In fact, Wrangler fans say they’re going to boycott the brand because “true cowboys” would never listen to music by Lil Nas X, much less wear a pair of britches he designed. One social media commenter wrote, “If you have any sense, you’ll stop production and burn what’s left…I don’t buy anything made by Levi’s after their gun control stance. I’ll stop buying Wranglers just as quick for this nonsense.” But supporters say anybody upset about this is a racist.

Drake is a rabid Toronto Raptors fan. Tuesday night, he was front row for the Eastern Conference Finals game against the Milwaukee Bucks, jumping out of his seat and running around the court during the game. At one point, he even ran over and gave the Raptors coach a shoulder massage. At a news conference the next morning, Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer said he wasn’t exactly thrilled with Drake’s behavior. One reporter on that call tweeted that Coach Budenholzer said, “There’s certainly no place for fans — or whatever Drake is for the raptors — on the court. There’s boundaries and lines for a reason.” Drake responded on Instagram with pictures of himself being all excited at the game with 3 emojis — a crying laughing face, a salt shaker and a guy shrugging his shoulders. Apparently, he’s calling out the coach for being salty.

Lamar Odom’s book Darkness To Light comes out May 28, but Radar Online got an advance copy and they’re sharing some of the juicy details. In one excerpt, Lamar talks about how when he was married to Khloe Kardashian, he booked a room at the Hotel Roosevelt, did a ton of cocaine, and brought in a bunch of strippers. Next thing he knows, Khloe, her mom Kris Jenner and their security guards come bursting into the room and Khloe starts beating one of the naked girls in the head. Lamar said Kris was screaming as the security guards pulled Khloe off the woman. He said Khloe then told him to pack his things as the security guards removed all traces of drugs from the room.
