After 21 years of marriage, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Girardi has filed for divorce from her husband, Tom. She’s 49; he’s 81. She released a statement saying, “After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi. This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together. It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserved. I request others give us that privacy as well.” Erika previously revealed that the two of them don’t have a prenup, but she said even if she did, it wouldn’t matter. She said, “Let me be very clear. I’m married to a very powerful lawyer. A prenup wouldn’t stand in his way anyway. So it doesn’t matter whether you had one or you didn’t, it’s gonna be all Tom’s way, I assure you. He’ll rip that piece of paper to shreds in two seconds!”

Back in May, former Bachelor Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph decided to end their relationship. But in September, Cassie got a temporary restraining order against Colton, and then in October, she filed a police report. Cassie claimed Colton had been stalking and harassing her, showing up unannounced at her apartment or her parents’ house at all hours of the night. She claimed he even putting a tracking device on her car. But Cassie has now asked for the restraining order to be dropped, as well as the police investigation. Colton released a statement saying, “…The two of us were able to reach a private agreement to address any of Cassie’s concerns. I do not believe Cassie did anything wrong in filing for the restraining orders and also believe she acted in good faith. I appreciate everyone’s respect for privacy regarding this matter.”

After losing his high-stake libel case against “The Sun” on Monday, Johnny Depp has found himself knee-deep in financial ruin. Johnny testified he had lost his $650M fortune and was drowning in $100M debt. Had he won his case, Johnny could’ve pocketed around $250K in damages. But since he lost, he’s now on the hook for The Sun’s legal fees, which are roughly $6.5M.
