Hayden Panettiere wanted to wear a Tom Ford gown to the Golden Globes Sunday night and nothing else would do. But Tom has a rule — he only dresses one woman per awards show and Naomi Watts was the lucky girl this time. But Hayden was so set on wearing one of Tom’s dresses that she forked over $10K for a halter-neck black and white gown with a side split that she said made her feel sexy and comfortable. I’m sorry….but she paid $10K for BORING!! However, Hayden gushed about it to every reporter on the red carpet, saying she would wear a plastic bag if it was designed by Tom. He was so flattered that he sent her a bouquet of white roses and a thank you note the next day, which Hayden promptly posted on Twitter.

One thing we know for sure: Johnny Depp is smitten by Amber Heard. When she broke up with him, he wooed her with love poems, a horse and even bought the chick an island before she took him back! But what we don’t know for sure is whether or not Johnny and Amber are engaged. She was seen leaving a restaurant in West Hollywood Monday night and it looked like she was trying to hide her left hand, but photographers grabbed pictures of her wearing a big ring on her engagement finger.

One Direction’s Liam Payne had some friends visiting over the weekend and took them to his place. They were all goofing around, and one of his buddies tweeted a photo of Liam standing dangerously close to the edge of the roof on the balcony of his apartment, which is on the 34th floor!! He had his friend remove the photo and then Liam tweeted, “You may have seen a photo of me today taken on top of a building. I regret being there and having a photo taken. It was a stupid and irresponsible thing to do. I am sorry, and do not endorse any fans trying to repeat this, as it is extremely dangerous.” Not only that, because of the photo, fans were able to figure out where Liam lives and now they’ve been hanging around outside the apartment building hoping to meet him. So then Liam went back on Twitter, saying, “I know my friends have tweeted a lot of pictures of my house the past few days but can people please stop coming and waiting outside. I’d just like to be able to walk outside as everyone does and enjoy time with my friends, not feel bad for not wanting to take a picture. Sorry if I’ve been rude to anyone but I’ve come to realize if I take one picture more people keep coming everyday xxx hope everyone’s good.”

On Monday, Kim Kardashian was walking into an office building in Beverly Hills when an 18-year-old going into the same building started hurling racial slurs at the paparazzi in Kim’s defense. She didn’t appreciate it and told him to knock it off, and that’s when he turned on her. Kim was so upset that she called Kanye, who allegedly showed up and hit this guy and now the police are investigating. Well, now we have more details from an eyewitness who spoke to TMZ. He said that the 18-year-old was sitting in a chair in the chiropractor’s waiting room when Kanye stormed in and, without saying a word, started punching him in the face dozens of times. And Kim reportedly just stood there in silence, watching. The eyewitness says the receptionist started screaming at Kanye to stop, but he ignored her. A massage therapist in another room heard the commotion and ran out to the waiting room, pushed Kanye off this kid — who was curled up in a ball at this point — and and ordered Kanye to get out. He left the building and Kim went on to her appointment in another office.

Za was placed under arrest and initially, everyone was screaming that it was cocaine. But it looks like it was actually ecstasy and some Xanax. But while Za at the police station, and just minutes away from posting bail and being released, RadarOnline is reporting that he flipped out and smashed a phone, so officers then charged him with vandalism. And — depending on the value of the phone — it could also be a felony.
