It’s been 10 years since Leah Remini famously left the Church of Scientology. Yesterday she posted on X — fka Twitter — “After 17 years of harassment, intimidation, surveillance, and defamation, I am filing a lawsuit against Scientology and David Miscavige. While advocating for victims of Scientology has significantly impacted my life and career, Scientology’s final objective of silencing me has not been achieved. While this lawsuit is about what Scientology has done to me, I am one of thousands of targets of Scientology over the past seven decades. People who share what they’ve experienced in Scientology, and those who tell their stories and advocate for them, should be free to do so without fearing retaliation from a cult with tax exemption and billions in assets.” Leah explained the the point of her lawsuit is to protect the constitutional rights of everyone who wants to speak the truth about Scientology without having to worry about having their personal lives and careers destroyed. She also stated, “Children, mothers, fathers, aunts, and uncles have a right to request welfare checks on their family members without fear of an operation activated against them by Scientology for doing so. Those in the entertainment business should have a right to tell jokes and stories without facing an operation from Scientology which uses its resources in Hollywood to destroy their lives and careers.”

If you are the one other person besides Part-Time Justin who loved “Wonder Woman 2” this news may make your Thursday. When James Gunn and Peter Safran took over as CEOs of DC Studios, they rejected the script that director Patty Jenkins pitched for “Wonder Woman 3.” When the rumors started flying that Patty was either fired or she quit, she cleared that up on what was then still called Twitter, posting, “…The attractive clickbait false story that it was me that killed it or walked away started to spread. This is simply not true. I never walked away. I was open to considering anything asked of me.” A lot of people — like Justin — feared the project had been permanently shelved…until Gal Gadot sparked new hope. Gal told Comicbook.com that SHE is under the impression there WILL be a “WW3”. She said, “From what I heard from James and from Peter is that we’re gonna develop a ‘Wonder Woman 3’ together.” She did not mention if Patty Jenkins was included in those conversations.

Post Malone is the guest on the latest “Call Her Daddy” podcast. He talked about growing up in upstate New York and getting picked on by kids in his class. Posty said his family moved when he was 9 and that’s when the real bullying began. He said he guessed it was because of the way he dressed. He said, “We wore skinny jeans and all that stuff, and that was just kind of like a new deal. I don’t know. And people’d throw gum in my hair… Kids are mean.” Host Alex Cooper asked Posty which of his tattoos he’d consider removing and he said for his mommy, he’d take something off of his face. He didn’t say which one, though. Post Malone is currently in the middle of his “If Y’all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying” world tour. Just after recording “Call Her Daddy,” Posty performed in Boston, where he brought out his “Dial Drunk” collaborator, Noah Kahan, for a surprise performance.

Despite reports that she got dumped, sources told TMZ that Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet are still a couple. In fact, MULTIPLE sources told TMZ that just because the two of them haven’t been seen together in public doesn’t mean they’re done, and any reports that they’ve broken up are false. But Kylie doesn’t have time to deal with rumors because she’s too busy celebrating the release of Mini Bratz x Kylie Collectibles! This is the first time Bratz has ever teamed up with a celebrity for a line of dolls. For $9.99 you get two minis. Product packaging may vary.”

Lizzo has responded to the lawsuit filed by three of her former backup dancers accusing her of creating a hostile work environment, sexual harassment, weight-shaming and a wide array of awfulness. In her lengthy statement, Lizzo said, in part, “These last few days have been gut wrenchingly difficult and overwhelmingly disappointing. My work ethic, morals and respectfulness have been questioned. My character has been criticized. Usually I choose not to respond to false allegations but these are as unbelievable as they sound and too outrageous to not be addressed.” Lizzo went on to say the women who filed this lawsuit are all former employees who “already publicly admitted” their behavior while touring with her had been “inappropriate and unprofessional.” She also explained that as a boss, she sometimes has to make hard decisions. But Lizzo said, “It’s never my intention to make anyone feel uncomfortable or like they aren’t valued as an important part of the team.” While Lizzo said she’s not trying to play the victim here, she’s also not the villain these women are making her out to be. She said, “I am very open with my sexuality and expressing myself but I cannot accept or allow people to use that openness to make me out to be something I am not. There is nothing I take more seriously than the respect we deserve as women in the world.”
